The spider web act more like a restrainer, but it was tough enough from the description.

Can't it be both? Then again, I'm leaning more on attacks Ichika only. If she attacked everyone, her own mom would probably not like her very much.

It is Madoka's kid

Despite the corny humor rating, the kid's tend to have bad or unpleasant backstories. Shouta's ostracized due to his looks, Celeste never spends time with Laura since she's always busy leading the shwarzer hase which leads to her dressing up and getting guns to grab attention, same deal with Charles due to Charlotte being busy leading Dunoa. Tatenashi jr's being trained to be the new successor, and Kazuma's already bad enough. THis is the reason many of them seem not too worried about going back to their current timeline.

well somewhat AU.

Houki suddenly remembers her childhood when she was training kendo. All the other kids didn't like her because she was so good even though they were all the same age. She was even good enough to beat adults. But Ichika always challenged her and didn't have any problems spending time with her or her tomboyish attitude. So she started liking him without knowing it. One day, her bottled up feelings got out of hand and she questioned him why he always hung around her, she was always beating him up during his challenges and she wasn't girly at all. Ichika just says that he doesn't see what's wrong with that. Ichika tells Houki that Chifuyu is strong and he likes Chifuyu a lot.

That inconsequential memory makes Houki have a small epiphany and she says. "Ichika likes strong women?"

Turns out she was with the other girls and they heard her.

*the rest is easy enough to imagine*

I don't see any difference

Laura's already strong enough as is, and the other's already beat him on a daily basis. The only one who'd be affected was Charlotte.

Wouldn't really matter, honestly. As I said, they all beat him up sans Charlotte. If they asked Ichika, he'd probably say something like:

Ichika: Strongest? I think all of you are strong in different ways, it's what makes you all special.

Harem: Ichika.....

Ichika: .....Of course, Chifuyu-nee could probably beat you all if she wanted to.

Harem: EH!!?

This is a plot point in FI

The minute the other kids see Chifuyu, they immediately feel threatened about their existence.

Also, a lot of things are played for laughs most of the time. Kotanoha's (Madoka's kid) Yandere tendencies never have any realistic consequences.
