Seriously just end the series an episode earlier if your going to use another one for Excalibur. Maybe small bits is alright, but a whole episode is just not watchable.

I too am betting on Krona being a guy. Don't really think the dress affects anything, because Medusa was crazy enough to test black on him, so why should she care whether he looked like a chick.

And I also thought a whole episode for Excalibur was too much. If they must have filler episodes, I would like to see one where it tracks the daily life of Blair. She needs more screentime.

You know....after watching all 23 episodes, I've grown really fond of Elka. So far, she's cute, clumsy, and a little silly. She and Free would make a prefect couple.

Heh. This is more of a 'discuss Chrona's gender' topic than a general character one. I have a little ficlet in progress that addresses the issue, saying that Chrona was a girl, but you know what happens to girls every month. And if your weapon is in your blood... Well, there could be some problems with that. So Medusa 'fixed' it.

I think Krona's a boy. Doesn't he speak using "boku?" Mostly boys do that. And I think his voice sounds kind of boyish. The dress doesn't really change much for me. Justin Law dresses in one too, doesn't he?

About the dress... I think when you've got a parent like Chrona's, you wear whatever the heck they tell you to xD Plus I can think of all sorts of reasons why Chrona's parent would want Chrona to be confused about his or her gender...

I say parent because that's still a spoiler, isn't it?

Well in that manga that's waaaay old news and it's been what? Five or six episodes behind in the anime. I'd say it's safe to say it. But maybe hiding Krona's gender has a deeper meaning we don't know about? Or maybe Krona doesn't have a gender?!

Seriously, that's all people ever argue about, no matter where I go. People need to learn that the translators cannot always be trusted. After all, we can't have people Being Wrong On The Internet.

I doubt Krona is a girl. Dunno, but I get the feeling it's a guy. I've had this happen to me before, though. I've read enough yaoi to know nothing is what it seems and the cute girl in the school girl uniform is actually a cute boy in a school girl uniform. I think the mangaka is having some full with us about Krona's gender.

How would you know based "PURELY" on impression? I thought Stein was a villain when I saw him in the OP until I read the Manga. :/
