At least Lisanna and Natsu ended up in the same cell, so maybe they can figure something out together. Hurray for Happy saving the day again. Can't blame Elfman for giving up his soul, de couldn't bear losing Lisanna again.

Natsu's quest of searching for a wife. In the Eclipse Arc, it was Lucy. In the Sun Village Arc, it was Erza. In this arc, it's Lisanna.

I feel like a super popular shonen manga won't try to aim towards that fanbase anyways, so I think you guys are missing the point. I think the point is that the villains are sadistic in the first place...

The only thing I DO mind is Elfman, underdog eternal, coming to punish FT - if he doesn't get a powerup from Sayla's ability, his entrance is a joke.

Isn't the problem that no one will want to attack him if they realize he's being controlled? If he's controlled to keep on getting up after he falls, then they won't want to hurt him too badly even if he keeps attacking them... That's why Tartarus said they were going to try to destroy FT from the inside... because they probably won't do anything to him... Otherwise, it might be because of a power-up or she might be able to use Elfman to help her control more people remotely...

Most of FT wont want to attack him but Gajeel knows full well what would happen. What I can see is somehow Elfman resists it because in his mind he is a man in his heart he is a man so even without his soul he'll still be a man.

People are forgetting this is Fairy Tail. They routinely engage in bar fights that involve beating each other to a pulp, for fun. Makarov isn't close to being unwilling to use a giant fist to smack someone down if need be.

If Elfman goes berserk in the guild, the only ones that would be unwilling to put a stop to him would be Mirajane and Lisanna. Who are currently captured and not at the guild.

Everyone else would be surprised, but they'd be willing to stop him.
