whats the relation between the anime Gungrave and the anime Trigun??

The relation lies in Yatsuhiro Nightow, he wrote the Trigun manga and did character designs for the Gungrave game and anime.

I believe Tsueno Imahori did the music for both as well. All the connections are in the production credits. Story wise, they're unrelated.

And yes this applies here cause both series are licensed :P

Yatsuhiro Nightow actually "creates" Gungrave too, since he's the "original creator" (so I'm guessing that he did conceptual stuff and then teamed up with the game's developers). So essentially, both Trigun and Gungrave are his work.

Eh, I wasn't aware Gungrave was licensed. Also, by relation I assumed he meant storyline-wise or something to that effect.

i wasnt sure, because a bunch of places have referred to Gungrave ad being the sequal to Trigun, sorry for a stupid question
