[Manga] The Truth About Kyuubi

I personally think that Madara did indeed summon Kyuubi. According to that frog that Jaraiya summoned Kyuubi appeared 15-16 (lets say 17 for the benefit of the doubt) years prior to that conversation. Not only that but Madara was defeated by Shodai (First Hokage) at the Valley of the End which was at least 130-150 years ago and since then nobody has heard of him he is believed to be dead. So how does Kyuubi know Madara personally even to the point of saying that Madara had eyes and chakra even more cursed than his own.
When you think about it - Kyuubi has a near limitless chakra reservoir and from what we know it takes a considerable about of chakra to summon big stuff like manda and Gamebunta. So my question is - how much chakra does Madara have to summon something that has a near limitless amount of chakra? Did Madara sacrifice himself in the process of secretly summoning Kyuubi in the fight between Madara and Shodai (but there would need to be special conditions to prevent Kyuubi from showing himself for about 100 years). Come to think of it that may have actually happened considering that we know only of Kohona being attacked and the Valley of the end isnt that far from Kohona - about 1 days run. Perhaps Madara gave Kyuubi a special mission that made him go for Kohona straight off the bat. Maybe the Forth Hokage had the ability to sense WHERE Kyuubi's location was when he came forth because the concentration and bloodlust of Kyuubis chakra is quite strong with naruto as a jinchuriki so who knows how strong it would be as a buuju with both yin and yang chakra fused because Naruto only has the Yang chakra of kyuubi sealed with in him.

was able to determine Kyuubis location to some extent it may be enough to suggest why, according to Jiraiya, "Minato knew something of grave importance" about kyuubi and hence did what he did and drew up the map of "THAT JUTSU" whatever it is.

well it's possible that Madara accidently unleashed the Kyuubi. Look at Kakashi's MS it has dimensional qualities to it so may be Madara got MS that was similar and it unleashed they Kyuubi from another dimension

One episode in the "Bring Tsunade back to Konoha" arc shows a picture of Tsunade with Shondaime(The first Hokage), when she was still a todler and he still alive. SHe is his grandaughter, which means that he still lived, at least 50 years prior to the current arc. Which really sturs up a lot of questions. It would also seam that Madara is either Sasuke's grandfather or great grandfather.

And nothing has been said about how he sommoned it, it could have been through sacrifice or something. Or who says that these beasts can actually be sommoned, maybe they were sealed in objects or temples or somthing and he mearlly broke the seal and released it.

The point is that there is not enough info.

This title is not that big of a spoiler considering, it displays the idea that Madera could have summoned the Kyuubi (which is unproven so far making it not an actual manga fact, so its not exactly a spoiler yet) the only spoiler I see there is, Jiraiya has a HUNCH that madara summoned the Kyuubi to attack Konoha. None the less, there are plenty of other, "Who is Hanzou" "Question about Obito and the Sharingan" "The Shape shifting Technique" "Suigetsu and Kisame" are all titles that contain spoilers. (and there are plenty more) If the title was changed to "[Manga] Did Madara summon the Kyuubi?" then it would be fine.

Personally I believe Madara did summon the Kyuubi I wrote up a theory a while back about how there is no way it is a coincidence. That, out of all places the Kyuubi decided to attack Konoha. None the less, It fits in to as why Minato would seal the Yang part of the Kyuubi inside Naruto (Jiraiya said it was maybe because Minato knew something everyone else did not). I believe since Minato was at eye level of the Kyuubi while atop Gama Bunta, he saw the Sharingan in the eyes of the Kyuubi, he knew right away it was genjutsu and, at that point the only person powerful enough to put the Kyuubi under genjutsu had to be none other then Madara. So Minato sealed the Yang half of the Kyuubi inside Naruto in hopes that if Madara returns his son would stop him, also I think the reason he tore the Kyuubi in to two halves of one whole is to cripple / gimp it, incase his son lost control the Kyuubi would be some what easier to manage considering it would be at half power then its original self.

Well since everyone is so hard up for thinking that Madara summoned the 9-tails then what about the rest of the pokemon-esque bijuu? Food for thought.
