Last issue was a double issue. For Obon I think. Right now, the schedule is looking like this:

Fairy Tail 395 in WSM Issue 36/37 - Scanlations on 8/1/14, out in Japan on 8/6/14.
Fairy Tail 396 in WSM Issue 38 - Scanlations sometime between 8/8/14 and 8/15/14, out in Japan on 8/20/14.
Fairy Tail 397 in WSM Issue 39 - Scanlations on 8/22/14, out in Japan on 8/27/14.

as much manga as you've read Maestro you should've realized that was coming the second levy was shown and that everyone was underwater it was heavily predictable

But at least it was established that she was in the vicinity. And I think we all could've guessed from there that Levy would use her Solid Script to give herself and Gajeel air. Just not like... that.

Tell that to the squealing Gajeel x Levy shippers who just had a chapter wherein Levy, whose profile listed dislikes is "dark places", just went into a flood of black water to help Gajeel, and "kissed" him to give him more air to work with.

I'll be honest i dont really give a crap about Gajeel x levy shippers you are talking about romance that realistically is mostly Levy crushing on Gajeel and im really not convinced he thinks anything about her other then the usual FT comrade situation.
