Okay, so I found some pictures of the numbers and Jail and how long each of them are under protective custody or imprisioned... (10-15 years, save for Cinque, who's got an undetermined amount of time on her protective custody sentence, Jail and the other four cyborgs are there for, well, basically forever.)

anyway, anyone know how long Lulu and Agito are on probation?

Agito's around 5~8 months, with a 3.5 level-down limiter (now how do they calculate the decimals, I wonder). Lu's sentence is 8 years, though subjectable to the progress of her rehabilitation. Not sure if this includes the time they spent in the correction centre.

WOW! I have a LOT more respect for Caro and Erio now.

I might just be the only one, but Erio, to me, came across as not particularity strong or powerful, considering his weapon and style of magic.

And that final all out mock battle actually makes sense to me now.

Actually, I finally understand why Quattro had to push buttons! Lutecia had to be showing VERY little enthusiasm - if she's a S-rank, she doesn't even need her summons ... just blast and the battle should have been over before it began...

Guess that shows the limitations of being a summoner. You can be pretty badass S-rank, but if your summons are all you have...

Which reminds me, has there ever been a ranking done for Lutecia's summons?

Don't mind if I speak in analogues; I dunno how to put this point across otherwise...

Lulu's S-rank I guess is because of the number of summons and kind of summons she can create. However, there's always this problem about "elite" summon creatures that they are "singlular" on the battlefield. So while she can summon a few of those elites at once due to her rank, she's probably limited by Hakutenoh's Legendary status and then not have any other bigger creature in her "deck".

I believe Lutecia is a kind of "aggro-Sly" summoner, using fast hordes of weak insects to overwhelm her opponents, with a large beatdown card in hand in case she actually has the time to cast it.

Though my Magic experience says "Lose the beast and put in more Goblin Warchiefs."

That would be good to see. Hakutenou is more or less equivalent to Voltaire, and Garyuu matches up well with Erio, and then she can summon multiple Jiraiou, and then there's those little machine-possessing wasp critters (which have to be just crazy-useful in non-combat missions)...

...you know, I'm beginning to see why she's considered S-rank, given that we actually see her able to pull all that firepower simultaneously. And she probably has support magics as well (do we ever see her buffing Garyuu?).

Never see her buffing Garyuu, lesse... Could she fly on her own? Or not?

I know that she could teleport and shoot purple beams that could lay people out for at least a week, and even Caro was pushed back and hurt a bit from the first time they fought (though Lulu didn't seem to put any effort into it.). Hmm... Come to think of it, didn't Sein say something about not being able to grab her with Deep Diver while Lulu's personal shield was up?

Lutecia was not shown to have the ability to fly unaided. Every time she did fly, she needed either a Type-2 drone or one of the Numbers to help.

She did say that, though not sure if that's specifically because of Lulu or just a weakness of Deep Diver, that a mage's barrier magic would prevent it from affecting them.

Those pictures I found with each Numbers' sentence also had the years that they were made on it...

Year 0051 - Uno, Dieci, Wendi

Year 0052 - Tre
Year 0060 - Cinque
Year 0061 - Quattro, Sein
Year 0069 - Nove
Year 0075 - Sette, Otto, and Deed (StrikerS happens here)

Those correct? They seem to be... heh, actually, that opens up some room for writing fanfiction involving the Numbers, doesn't it?
