It’s possible that Lowe was blabbering when he met some Martians , considering he did went to Mars for quite some time before the events in Destiny began. Aside from Lowe directly involved with saving Kira’s life from that burning cockpit in ORB, Junk Guild also has a way with information, and they often stumble upon secret projects like the Gundam Astray, Canard, etc.

There’s also the fact that some Martian delegations come to Earth (or at least DSSD Space station or PLANT) once a year for trading rare metals for other resources (food is among them), and during the visit, they actively looking for info of what happened on Earth during that year.

I would assume that Uzumi and Kira's adoptive parents would also know about his "Ultimate Coordinator".

I was kidding with the blabbering part . Still, considering that he’s such a lively easygoing person, I think he would answer with what he knew if he was asked by some Martian fellas, as long as the one asking is not suspicious. He’ll even lend some stranger he just met a MS or fix them as long as he trust him/her.

According to the Gundam wiki, he was the one who found Kira after the Aegis self-destructed and took him to Malchio's house.

Not personally, yes.

But beside Kira, you know, there are "Failed" Ultimate Coordinator, like that dude who pilots Hyperion. Maybe someone from Mars has knowledge about the program from these cases, look into the data, connecting the dots, and conclude that Kira is the Ultimate Coordinator.

Sure, but saving Kira doesn't mean that Lowe knows who Kira is.

Well, Kira's biological parents must had been famous scientists who received funding from the government, rich people and shading foundations. There is always the chance of leaking infornation with a wide network.

Not to meantion Al Da Flaga's clones. They know about the program.

If they knew about the Ultimate Coordinator project, then they would know that Kira was born in the Mendel Colony, not Orb. But they don't know about where Kira was born, so it stands to reason that they don't know about Kira's connection to the project either.

Lowe helped with the repairs to the Freedom Gundam, IIRC. He had suggested replacing the head with that of a GuAIZ, as a shout-out to the Zeta Gundam having its head replaced with that of a Zaku's. But yes, they've met.
