With perverted scenes I guess you mean the great "night training" with Echidna?
Although Ikkitousen has alot of ecchi, very very few scenes are "perverted".

Honestly if you're interested in Queens Blade you're better off watching hentai. You'll seldom find something that borders anime and pornography, ecchi is the closest you'll get w/out crossing the line.

The absolute closest you'll get would be Sis X Kiss though they release a new episode once every 6 or so months; theres 3 episodes out if i recall-all OVA or somethin in that area.
