This seems to be using some sort of magical adam and eve system that assumes that ALL children after a certain generation wouldn't be pulsating blobs of retardation. With only one source of genetic material the pool will be too shallow. Even if you married your cousin, it would be the same as if it were your sister unless outside blood was brought in, and with sasuke being the only source that would greatly nullify the possibility of sharingan appearing. Of course, you don't need sharingan to be uchiha. It is the clans pride that he would want to restore, not the ability that has caused so much misfortune.
Edit I think I read it sort of half assed but it probably still stands a bit on its own despite that. |

If there isn't an uchiha female with sharingan, than there's no way any of the children can be purebred lol.
(no clue if this is Incomplete Dominance or Sex Linked Traits unless it is referring to Genes but wtf Not really into getting into this with a bunch of animation. ) |

I don't think Sasuke ever planned to "purebreed" a new clan. Obviously that's impossible since as far as he knows there are no surviving female Uchihas. It's not like every member of the clan had black hair and eyes either, I think that was just Sasuke's family.

People, as a fact from the manga, only one of the two needs to have the bloodline ability for it to be inherited by the successors. Hakus father did not had Hakus bloodline ability.
Or not necessary your successors are going to inherit your Bloodline ability, Nindaime could not use Mokuton. In the case of Sauke it would depend if the plot requires him to do so.

Who says that there aren't any female uchiha left?
Sure, it's a bit of a plothole, but I wouldn't put it past Kishimoto. There could easily be other uchiha outside of Konoha. Not everyone was pleased with the deal they got at the founding of the leaf village. Maybe some left and headed into other lands? Perhaps that information was recorded on the secret scroll hidden in the Uchiha complex? |
