Why does Kakashi have the Sharingan? Is he part of the Uchiha Clan?

kakashi isn't a part of the uchiha clan... he sum how got the sharingan sum time in his life... we dont know how yet because the anime or the manga hasn't explained yet... we just know that he sumhow got it and it was after the time that orochihamaru left because when orochihamaru confronted him about sasuke he said to kakashi that he didn't remember kakashi having the sharingan when he left.

no he isnt uchilas clan , he dont got advanced blood line , u can see he gots only 1 eye with sharigan.

u know has sasuke can turn his sharingan on or off? and the hyuuga can turn the Byakugan on and off? well...kakashi CANT turn his sharingan off...also his name IS HATAKE(NOT UCHIHA) Kakashi....
most guess that it is an implant from his best friend...but noone really knows..

He's not a Uchiha and the most popular guess would be an eye surgery cause there are no other way he could had get it.

I think it was surgically implanted because of that scar he has on his eye. Maybe he took it from the dead Uchiha clan that Itatchi wiped out. He probably just passed by and was like "Oh, dead people with Sharingan, I'll just stuff that into my socket" and boom. Kakashi The Copy Ninja.

He got his Sharingan through surgery, as people said before. Other fact besides the scar which proofs the fact that Kakashi isn't from the Uchiha clan is that he can't turn his Sharingan off like the Uchiha members. This is why he keep his headband over his eye. If he didn't cover his Sharingan, it would drain all his Chakra, since when you use the Sharingan it consumes your Chakra.

you dont need eyes to see. one of the chuunin examiners of the 1st test had both eyes covered...

well kakashi obviously got it implanted for a number of reasons
1) HATAKE kakashi not uchiha kakashi
2) the fact that he only has one sharingan
3) the scar over his sharingan eye
4) he cant turn the sharingan off
and 5) the sharingan is only in uchiha clan members and he is not one
i think he got it from his best friend obito who he said died during a mission

probably got it from his best friend, "obito", who probably died in a mission and gave kakashi DA EYE, which was weild on by the female nin which probably happens to be a medic nin, and happens to be in kakashi's team, which probably died somehow after.

i probably saw a picture of the 4th with kakashi and pals, which probably are the ones responsible for kakashi's evil eye.

ur probably confused by this probably nonsense.

the scar is a reason because kakashi's left eye was put out, and oibito's eye was prolly used to replace kakashi's before the optic nerve died.

but yeah. he aint a uchiha. ( NO FAN ON HIS BACK TOO)

okey thit could be a little strange but: Is it might by possible that Kakashi got the Sharingan from his best friend that was carved in the monument?.
They maby could be in battle and that his friend was from a uchiha clan and when he deids by losing, his friend gif him te sharingan, when kakashi losed his right eye.

(txt is some weird also from me don't know how to explain)
