Leti is S Rank and she's more or less a paper pusher. So is Lindy, and Hayate, etc... Or to put it another way... they're capable enough to know more than just fighting.

It was not until Hayate joined the TSAB that Lindy decided to ditch the responsibility, a responsibility that Chrono must now endure.

No time to post my throughts on the ep other then say Hayate indeed is overkill... with only S rank to release 5 ultima level magic attacks.... also is it just me or did Kyon sigh just before limiter release....

That was in reference to me saying that I don't think Chrono would have Lindy's fairy wings

And from what I've read (which has a high chance of being wrong), Both Chrono and Carim can each remove Hayate's limiter once. Anymore and they'll have to get permission.

Though there's something about not releasing all the way that makes it slightly easier...
