Well, it's looking like we are going to get an R18 rating in the near future anyway. Since the state governments agreed to the rating in principle, and the federal government is all for it anyway. So this game (in wishful thinking mode) might be out after we get an R18 rating!

Nope. One of the gameplay videos did show night time gameplay.

I have high expectations for this game..the graphics looks nice, it's also the game-play..I hope there's a good story behind...

Go watch the trailers , they show us some RPG elements.

Anyway , $129.95 ~90€ the pack with the headset , quite nice but i already own mine so not for me. I'll get it for 46,99€ edition day one , Arena , multiplayer etc... but instead of the ripper i get the sonic pulse.

I'm kinda conflicting whether I want to buy this game so bad or not when the review comes out after the game is release. This could be like Call Of Juarez The Cartel which it was bad.

It's not this review which won't give me the desire to play it.
And Deep Silver said before that people might expect too much about the game.

Just about 3 of those points I do not agree with nor do I find them things to even care or worry about. Already does Dead Island present things that are new to the genre. So what if you don't drown out at sea but instead get teleported back, so what if you need to use skill points to use some weapons it is an rpg-ish game no? And so what if your character does not come with a manual on how his past was.

I can agree with having the same starter positions and the not everything moves part, but the game already has many points that would make it even still enjoyable to me.
