I don't think so. At the end I heard an adult male's voice (probably a teacher) and the kid stopped and looked up, but it is hard to catch. That happens right at the end.

That's a self fulfilling prophecy. If the hero wins, it's not a enemy (it's a side character or "dark hero"); if he loses then it's a enemy. The process of what's considered "first fight" is also very conveniently taken.

That is quite true felix

sometimes it ends as a draw, or sometimes something interrupts the fighting for the time-being. Or may the enemy is quite persistent and may come another day if not defeated to the fullest.
