One Houki story, one Cecilia story. The Ren story has one more chapter which I'll write later. At the moment I'm just letting myself go crazy with the Dan story.

And I mean what you're trying to get through these three stories?

I've done a Houki story (Angst), a Cecilia story (Comedy), a Rin story (Drama/comedy). I'll eventually round it out with a Charlotte story, a Laura story, and possibly one for both Tatenashis. They're somewhat connected but not.

...well, maybe not the Dan story. I'm just writign that to find ever more crazy ways to get Dan beaten up and nearly killed in hilarious ways.

I'm also considering throwing a couple more idiots into the mix but I can't imagine throwing in Banagher Links or Yuuya Bridges into the mix without making it too grimdark serious (that and giant mecha are probably going to be more of a liability than an asset in this story). On the flipside, someone like Keima is probably going to be outright useless against an interstellar empire. Other characters I've considered throwing in but rejected are Tommy Oliver (yeah, THAT Tommy Oliver), Miguel O'Hara (jury's still out on that one!), and Eren Yeager (too obvious a choice).


Also remember what I said earlier: If I am writing someothign out of this world screwball, that means I am undergoing impossibly high levels of stress.

You need the REST of DG5 to make it work. Like Sugita as IS-kun.

So, I'm thinking for a way to progress the story of a delinquent Rin. See:

- Ichika arrives at Hong Kong by a sub.

- Sightseeing with Houki, encounter Rin as the caught thief.

- Meeting her father, who failed to make a conversation with Rin, who was in prison.

- Past story.

- Alien attacks. Agree to deliver 2nd ShenLong (a coin) to Rin from the dying father.

So, if Rin never receive any training beforehand, and has to pilot a ShenLong striped of Impact Cannon, how would she fare?

Isn't it me, or everytime a personal IS meet their parents, a death or two would occur? Except Laura, who has Clarissa.

The red, horned machine from before shut down its thrusters and land next to Tabane. However, the woman's eyes continue to look after her brother's figure that is getting smaller and smaller onto the horizon.

"Orimura-san, can I ask you for a favor?"

"What is it?"

The red machine dematerlized, revealing a girl about Ichika's age. She wears a full-body black plastic suit. The long, silky black hair tied neatly into a ponytail by a green ribbon with black stripes. To be the center of this beautiful face is a pair of dark blue eyes. In contrast to her soft, tender voices, these globes are radiating an aura of strictness, courage, a hardness that remind people of tempered steel.

"Could you please follow Ik-kun for me?"

"...Leave it to me." And with that, like the passing brezze, the little girl vanish. The doctor simply smiles a little, and walks through the destructed zone, her blouse flaps with the wind.

Hmm...What do you think about putting hints here and there for the reader? I never write a paragraph without two or three cues.

"Shut up." Araragi mumbled, and his hair pointed accusignly back at Dan.

Another bit:

'Drop dead gorgeous' was going through Dan's head the moment he saw her approach. Her hair
was long and black, and in the light it almost melded with the equally dark cloak she wore
on her shoulders. Despite the cloak, he could make out her curves from the form-fitting
sweater she wore underneath. Her eyes were sly, and Dan could not be sure whether his heart
was beating fast in love or in fear.

Is that a sword? He gulped.

"Shima, Ryoko." Her eyes focused on his chest, and Dan realized it was the envelope in his
jacket pocket she was staring at. "Are you Orimura Ichika?"

On one hand, Dan was tempted to say yes. Any chance to get to know a girl better. On the
other hand, the small part of his brain that was still thinking reminded him of the sword at
her waist. He'd heard Ichika complain recently about being sent on missions and being nearly
beaten to death by girls in armor, only now did Dan think that there might be some truth to
that.

...and woudl anybody get this reference?

"In a nutshell. Reality is falling apart. You see that?" Rin pointed in the direction of the
thunder and metallic screams. In the distance, Dan could barely make out two titanic forms
trying to crush each other with feral savagery. One was a slender humanoid with purples and
greens spattered across its body. The other was a boxy, gaudy blue and yellow hulk of metal
with a head that looked like a red...car.

"The false manmade Annunaki and the American Chopper dropouts. Just our luck, nobody worth
watching."
