kct seems AWOL, so I guess its time to inform everyone that Shuffle chapter 5 is out at KH.

Poor Nerine-chan... Her cookie baking attempt didn't go so well...

Just as an update, the recently-released December 2006 issue of Comptiq featured the final, 36th chapter of Days in the Bloom. I won't spoil the ending... but suffice it to say that it took a slightly different twist. The 6th and final tank will be released on January 10th. In its place, next month's Comptiq will feature the start of the Really? Really! manga by the same mangaka (who is also working on the Tick! Tack! -Never Say Goodbye- manga serialized in Comptiq Ace magazine). So, one Shuffle! manga ends, and another begins...

You know it's even more fustrating that I have decembers issue of Computek and I'm up to volume 5 but there's like this huge gap between the two so I can't read the last chapter of it in the magazine ;.;

Anyone know if a sixth volume of the ala carte doujinshis will be released?

Well, you won't have to wait long, since the 6th tank for Days in the Bloom comes out next month. And I suppose it's entirely possible that there may be another volume of à la carte, but since it's been over a year since the last tank (while it was active, they released every few months), it may simply be over too.

Actually its quite different than the anime.... but mostly because the story points connect without quite so much insanity.

Within the context of the Shuffle universe I don't know how realistic that is.

This is beside the whole fact that they're in high school, it's not like he married her or anything. They're one missed date away from him being back on the market anyway.

The novels are just that... novels - which means 99% kanji/kana with maybe one drawing per chapter or less.... like most novels use to be. No one working on a translation I know of.
Even the manga scanlations seem to have pittered off (though there could always be an active scanlating group I've missed).
