I posted this question on the general anime section of the forum, because I saw

that the last time a post was made here was almost two months ago.

However one of the mods, Solace, asked me to post it here.

So, before I ask my question, I would like to apologies to you guys and to Solace.

And I hope you accept my apology.

Now to my question:

I read articles on the internet and watched videos on you tube and other

places maid by people who say that One Piece has elements, signs, and

symbols that represent the Illuminati.

Some of the videos and articles have been blocked or deleted.

Is that True ?

If it is, does it have any affects on any of the characters' personality in any way ?

And why are those videos and articles blocked or deleted ?

The Celestial Dragons and Mariejois are clearly Illuminatti representations. They're the "enlightened holy ones" who run the world in a shadow government. It has a very Atlantian feeling. I'm sure once more is unveiled about them there will be a lot of the classic Illuminati imagery like (all seeing eye, 666, pyramids, etc...)

The celestial dragons can be seen as a group of people who are above the

law because of their political or social status.

In the celestial dragons case, they are above the law because they are related

to the family who formed the World Governments.

The Mariejois can be seen as the castle of in which the ruler of the One Piece

World operates.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Sure, but that's exactly who the Illuminati supposedly are IRL. They're basically the richest families who have a lot of sway with many of the world's governments. And supposedly their end goal is a world government similar to OP.

I suggest watching Stanley Kubrick's films and documentaries about his films. They are loaded with this theme and imagery. It's pretty fascinating how detailed a film maker he was.

I agree, Stanley Kubrick was a great director, I'm glad to see someone who is

knowledgeable about Cinema.

On topic:

Yes, the Illuminati are a group the richest families who have a lot of sway with

many of the world's governments.

But not all of the people who are from the group you have mentioned are

related to the Illuminati.

There are groups of people who have there way with the government and

are able to be above the law and there are many reasons for these groups

to avoid being punished, they can be part of the royal family, or they

may know someone in the higher ups...etc

The Celestial Dragons are an example of this group that I mentioned.

They are related to the original members of the World Government or

World Governments, and therefore they are above the law, simple as that.

Let me give you an example:

I'm sure that you know Fist of the North Star and Fist of the North Star 2.

n the very begging of Fist of the North Star 2, we see a noble family that people need to

make the way for, a noble woman and her new born baby to be specific.

This woman and her baby are like the celestial dragons one, who are excluded from

the totalitarian actions of the World Government or World Governments because

of their social or political status.
