Hayate looked up at the ceiling from her spot on her couch and sighed. "Yuuno... He likes me? I think he likes me... But does he like me , like I like him?Will we be friends,or something more?" sitting up, she leaned back on the couch properly now and continued speaking aloud: "I think he's interested, but I'm not sure." Her doorbell rang at that moment and she turned to call towards it. "Come in!"
Yuuno waved lightly at her. "Hiya Hayate!"
"Yuuno! Hi!" The girl hopped off the couch and ran to him, mentally scolding herself for being in her pajamas even though it was after ten in the morning.
"Hi! Listen, I was going through my CDs yesterday, and I kept coming across songs I thought you'd like, so I made you this tape." The blond handed over the cassette and smiled at her happily.
Hayate almost dropped the gift thanks to her shaking fingers. "Oh, that's so sweet!" A small pause made her realize that if she didn't say anything, and soon, then the boy might leave. "Um, can I get you a drink, or a snack or anything?"
"Actually, do you mind if I use your bathroom?"
"Not at all!" Hayate blushed darkly, hoping against hope that her dirty clothes from last night's shower weren't still on the floor. The boy smiled and walked past her, leaving Hayate to look down in awe at the present now in her hands. 'A mic tape!' She let out a small squeal of joy 'He made a mix tape! He was thinking of me, which shows he cares!' Moving to the couch again, she sat down and crossed her legs merrily.'Sometimes when someone has a crush on you, they'll make you a mix tape,To give you a clue! Let's see...'
Eagerly she started reading the titles of the tracks aloud to herself. " "You've Got A Friend""The Theme From 'Friends'""That's What Friends Are For"....shit!" Her depressed face quickly changed when she saw the next ones " Oh, but look! "A Whole New World""Kiss The Girl""My Cherie Amour"! Oh Yuuno, he does like me!"
Continuing, she read the next track " "I Am The Walrus".... "Fat Bottomed Girls"? "Yellow Submarine".... What does this mean?" Her confused look changed again when Yuuno sat down next to her.
"Hey Hayate, cute polka dots." His comment made the girl's cheeks color darkly.
"I knew I should have done laundry...Anyway!" She turned to him. "Thank you so much for this tape, I was looking at side A: they are great songs!"
"Oh did you see side B yet?" Yuuno scooted closer to her, a fact that the girl did not miss at all.
"Um, no, not yet..." She looked at the tape, feeling her ears burn now.
"Oh it's great, check it out!" He pointed to the first one. "Right here."
Hayate felt her words falter. " "Stuck on you" . "
" "Love Me Do". "
" "My Heart Will Go On"... oh, I loved Titanic!!"
Yuuno laughed nervously. "Um, it was okay?" He pointed again. " "She's Got A Way". "
" "Yesterday." "
" ""Goodnight Saigon!" From the Russia concert!"
Hayate tried her best to smile. "UM, great!" She read the next one " ""Through The Years" "
" ""The Theme From 'Cheers'". "
" "Moving Right Along".... Nice tape."
"There's one more." Yuuno smiled at her instead of looking at the tape. " "I have to say I love you in a song." "
Feeling as if she would pass out, Hayate swallowed thickly. "...I've never gotten such a nice present from a guy before..."
"Great!" Yuuno stood up and waved cheerfully. "But I have to go now, I'm gonna make one for Nanoha, Fate, Subaru, Tia, and everyone!"
The girl's face suddenly fell and she looked at the tape disappointedly. "Oh..."
"Oh, but Hayate?"
"Yes?"
"What are you doing tonight?"
"Nothing, why?"
Yuuno grinned. "Everyone's going out to Fuji's tonight.... would you want to come with me?"
"Like... a date?"
The male grinned at her stupidly. "Yeah. A date."
"I'd love to!!" She shot forward and nodded as fast as she could.
Taking a step back from the suddenly excited girl, he blushed and nodded back. "I'll pick you up at eight?"
"Sure!!"
"Okay... bye then!" Waving once more, he slowly left and closed the door gently behind him.
"Oh Yuuno!" Hayate fell back on the couch and held up the tape above her with both hands. "He DOES like me!"

ok everyone, after i read Satashi fan fiction about Vivio/Syn '‘To Make a Mother Proud."
i decided to write a fiction, about how vivio act after Syn's death, if Satashi doesn't mind.

Chapter 00: Intro
Vivio’s POV
It had been a year since she’s gone, a year past…
Everything changes….
I see life in grey instead colors like I used to see…
I look at my hand that covered by her blood…
Syn’s blood….
I close my eyes as my mind takes me back to that day, the day everything change for me…
I remember it like it was yesterday, Syn screamed my name to warn me, I looked in see a man, he attacked me from behind, I turned around and tired to block his attack by Falling soul, I saw Syn ran to me as I felt Falling soul slipped from my fingers from my blood, I saw Syn as she lunged forward, phasing through the air in a short-length teleportation, the man stap her with his claws on his weapon at her back, she took the stap to protect me.
I fell back and land on ground, Syn on top of me, i was so scared, I called Syn, I talked to her, I told her to hang on, I looked into her eyes seeing her life fading away, I cried, my tears fell down ran on my cheeks, I told her not to give me, to stay and she would be alright, I didn’t know what to do, i hugged Syn in my arms looked at her.
i lean closer to her, my cheek against hers, I told her that I love her…
At this moment she stopped breath, I looked at Syn’s dead body, I no longer about the war that was around Syn and I, I held Syn.
Nothing held meaning to me anymore. Not the mission, not the outcome, nor the people trying to tell me it would be alright. Nothing mattered but Syn who still in my arms, the ache in my heart, and the feeling of having something stolen from me. I closed my eyes tightly and I pulled the Syn closer, I let out a scream.
Nanoha-mama came from behind me and embraced me, she talked to me, I couldn’t hear what she said to me, I cried, I screamed.
I knew only thing she knew was that I would never be able to be with Syn ever again.
“Vivio-chan.” Aunt Hayate called me; I opened my eyes and looked at her.

Vivio looked at Hayate “Hello aunt Hayate.” She greeted her aunt with sad tone.
Hayate smiled a little “come here Vivio-chan I want you to meet someone.” She said as she looked at Vivio.
Vivio nodded her head and walked with Hayate, Vivio looked to see Signum and someone else, a fiery red haired girl older than ten, and she has pointy cougar ears and tail, she wore dark blue jacket, white shirt, black trousers, belt and black boots.
Hayate stopped and looked at Vivio “Vivio-chan meet your new partner, Sen.” She said.
Vivio looked at girl; deep green met the green and red eyes “Hi my name is Sen.” The girl said as she smiled to Vivio.

It's finally done. Sorry for the loooooooooooong wait, but a combination of idea-loss and motivation-loss (some might call me lazy but meh) made it hard to continue. I'm not very satisfied with this chapter but I don't know what you think.

Fate slept for fifteen hours until she was awoken by Nanoha, sitting beside her bed.
“Good morning, Fate!” she said cheerfully.
“Um, good morning, I guess,” Fate sleepily answered. She was still pretty tired but slowly eased herself up and rested her back against the pillows.
“Do I have any serious injuries? If I was to go on how happy you look, I guess I don’t.”
“You don’t have to worry. When you came in the worst injury was the one on your ankle. It was pretty deep but they fixed it up quickly. Other than that only a bruise here and there, nothing more. I think you were just exhausted after the battle,” Nanoha said.
Fate relaxed and closed her eyes before asking the next question.
“How are Caro and Erio? I haven’t seen them since Freidrich flew away with them.”
“They are just fine. They were unconscious when they arrived but woke up soon afterwards. They were in no worse shape than you are now.”
“Thank god they are alright. That impact wasn’t something to be ign-“
“Fate,” Nanoha interrupted, “save that for later until the debriefing. It starts in another hour, so I will come back then and get you.”
“Oh. Well, I guess I’ll get some rest while I still can,” Fate said and lay down once again in the bed.
“See you later,” Nanoha said and left the room.
Fifty minutes later she returned and helped Fate get dressed. She still felt pain in the ankle and couldn’t lean on it yet, so Nanoha had to help her to the debriefing room.
When they arrived all the others were already there. When the usual greetings were over and the questions about Fate’s condition were answered, Hayate stood up and started the meeting.
“This meeting is about the incident that happened while Forward Lightning Squad was investigating an outpost that we had lost contact with. Beforehand, I had received classified information that I couldn’t share at the time and I apologize for that,” she said and nodded in Fate’s direction.
“I’ve been given permission to share this information with you and make sure you are all up to date. This is a major threat we have to deal with as soon as possible.”
She activated the screen behind her and images of the humanoids that had attacked Fate popped up.
“This is the information they gave me. These humanoids you see here are believed to have attacked the outpost. Investigator Harlaown, were these the things that attacked you?”
“Yes, I saw them exit a building carrying something and I think they sensed I was nearby. Shortly after that they came after me,” she answered.
Hayate nodded and continued.
“After Investigator Harlaown had been brought back here, we sent out a team to collect the bodies for analysis. The box the humanoids had carried is missing so we assume they took it with them. We still don’t know what was in that box.
The result for the analysis has is complete and the cause of death for all bodies seems to be because of the organic damage they received. Nothing special seems to have come up.”
She paused and looked at Fate.
“Investigator, did they do something to you that seemed suspicious?”
Fate lowered her head to concentrate and then spoke up.
“Yes, they told me what they are called and a sentence I didn’t understand the meaning of at the time and I don’t think I do now either”, she said.
Hayate and the others around the table looked perplexed.
“What did they call themselves? And what was the sentence?” she finally asked.
“They didn’t really talk but instead projected text in front of their head. Most of it I couldn’t read but I understood most of it,” she said and paused. She had everyone’s attention now.
“They call themselves Reapers or The Reapers. They said it was the name they had been given, so I guess they have actually been created. As for the sentence, it said: ‘You worthy of further evaluation.’ I understand the sentence but not the purpose behind it.”
Hayate thought about it for a moment before replying. “I’ll put the research team on that for now. Let’s focus on the more important matter, the Reapers themselves. We have so far very little information about them but we are searching the library for old rec-“
She was interrupted by a com window suddenly opening in front of her.
“Hayate, we found something of interest regarding the Reapers,” Yuuno said.
“Already? That was quick.”
“Well, we had some trouble looking for the right file but we found numerous clues leading us to the right one,” Yuuno answered. “Anyway, we have a location for a small base we think was used by the Reapers. It’s located on an unadministered world we haven’t checked for years. It could be worth to investigate.”
Hayate nodded and looked at the rest sitting at the table.
“Alright, you heard what he said. Wait until the Investigator’s injuries have healed and then go to the location,” Hayate said. “Be extremely careful and avoid combat at all costs. Dismissed.”
She rose and went out of the door first. The others stay behind and asked Fate questions about the Reapers.
“Did they have something you would call fighting style?” Nanoha asked.
“I think they had, the little I managed to analyze,” Fate said and remembered the fight. “They were at least working as a team, two of them in front and another one behind providing support. They are very fast and use tactics that a normal mage would use.”
“How about weapons?”
“Well, they had something similar to scythes, much like Bardiche.” She picked up the golden triangle and studied it for a moment. “Don’t you think so too?”
[I do, sir.], the device answered.
Fate continued, “As for the one staying behind, it used some kind of long range weapon. I didn’t get a good look at it, only the explosion that ensued.”
The room fell silent. No one had any more questions because they knew Fate wouldn’t be able to answer them or it would only remind her of the experience. Nanoha was the first to say anything.
“At any rate, we need to get ready. Fate, how is your ankle holding up?”
“I can walk just fine. A little pain now and then but nothing serious,” she answered.
Nanoha thought about it for a moment before replying.
“Does a two hour lunch before heading out sound bad?” the girl asked and smiled.
Fate laughed slightly and smiled. “Sure, that would be nice.”
The two hours passed quickly and it was time to move out. The investigation team consisted of two squads as usual; Forward Lightning Squad, with Fate, Caro and Erio, and Forward Stars Squad, consisting of Nanoha, Subaru and Teana.
They were escorted to the teleporter room and were sent away. They appeared on the unadministered world some seconds later.
“The base is a few clicks northeast from where you are,” Yuuno said on a com window that had just appeared. “This is unadministered world #45, which is a very cold forest world. We haven’t checked it out for years so be careful. I will contact you again if I find anything more.”
“Thanks Yuuno, we appreciate it.” Nanoha said and closed the link.
They began to make their way towards the base. Yuuno had been correct in his description. They were surrounded by forest as long as they could see. It was full of snow on the ground and on the trees. They heard nothing except the snow under their boots. Occasionally, an animal white as the snow itself would run in front of them and every time that happened they got startled, always thinking of possible enemies.
It’s almost like they are doing it on purpose, Nanoha thought.
They continued on their way through the forest until they reached a small glade surrounded by very large trees. They only thing they saw were snow, but according to the coordinates it was supposed to be there.
“Aren’t we at the right place?” Subaru asked.
“We should be,” Nanoha answered, “but it might also be hidden. Spread out and search beneath the snow.”
For the next hour they skimmed through the surroundings. Freid’s Blast Flare came in handy in reducing the snow covering the ground but he couldn’t take more than a small area at a time. They were just about to give up when Fried made one final Blast Flare and uncovered something metallic.
“Everyone! I think we found the entrance!” Caro yelled, who had been standing right next to Fried.
The others ran over and began to uncover more snow. Beneath it, a large metal door was hidden. It was made out of solid metal except for the handle and it had a very strange marking in the middle. It was impossible to see what it was. It didn’t resemble anything.
“What is that?” Teana asked and pointed at the marking.
“I don’t know. Some kind of designation number perhaps?” Nanoha said.
Fate got down to her knees and studied it more closely.
“No,” she said slowly,”it’s a message.”
“A message? You can read it?” Nanoha said surprised.
“You can’t? Strange, it makes perfect sense to me.”
“Well, what does it say?”
“’Experimental Base N.478i. Unauthorized personnel must leave the nearby area immediately. No entrance allowed.’” Fate slowly read from the markings. “It sounds like we are not welcomed.”
“Let’s try opening it.” Nanoha said and took a firm hold of the handle. She began to pull but it didn’t even move. The others joined in on the effort and pulled with all their strength. With a whining sound the door began to open. They continued until it dropped down on the other side of its hinges by itself. A cold stream of air emerged from the hole and they looked down into it. A very steep staircase went down into total darkness.
“Did anyone bring flashlights?” Fate asked.
Erio and Subaru began to unpack their extra gear and handed the lights over to Nanoha and Fate.
“I’ll lead the way,” Fate said. “Stay as close behind me as you can. Nanoha, you’ll take up the rear.”
Nanoha nodded in response and they began their descent. After Fate, Caro and Erio followed, shortly ahead of Subaru, Teana and Nanoha. When they had descended for a few minutes the small space exploded with metallic noise for a brief second. Caro grabbed Fate’s hand out of fear and surprise.
“What the hell was that?” Teana yelled.
Nanoha turned around and looked upwards.”It was the door. It’s closed.”
“Closed? How? That door couldn’t have closed by itself!”
The group stood in silence for a few moments.
“Let’s continue and do what we came for. We’ll figure out a way to get out later.” Fate said and they continued their descent into the darkness.

Fate slept for fifteen hours until she was awoken by Nanoha, sitting beside her bed.
“Good morning, Fate!” she said cheerfully.
“Um, good morning, I guess,” Fate sleepily answered. She was still pretty tired but slowly eased herself up and rested her back against the pillows.
“Do I have any serious injuries? If I was to go on how happy you look, I guess I don’t.”
“You don’t have to worry. When you came in the worst injury was the one on your ankle. It was pretty deep but they fixed it up quickly. Other than that only a bruise here and there, nothing more. I think you were just exhausted after the battle,” Nanoha said.
Fate relaxed and closed her eyes before asking the next question.
“How are Caro and Erio? I haven’t seen them since Freidrich flew away with them.”
“They are just fine. They were unconscious when they arrived but woke up soon afterwards. They were in no worse shape than you are now.”
“Thank god they are alright. That impact wasn’t something to be ign-“
“Fate,” Nanoha interrupted, “save that for later until the debriefing. It starts in another hour, so I will come back then and get you.”
“Oh. Well, I guess I’ll get some rest while I still can,” Fate said and lay down once again in the bed.
“See you later,” Nanoha said and left the room.
Fifty minutes later she returned and helped Fate get dressed. She still felt pain in the ankle and couldn’t lean on it yet, so Nanoha had to help her to the debriefing room.
When they arrived all the others were already there. When the usual greetings were over and the questions about Fate’s condition were answered, Hayate stood up and started the meeting.
“This meeting is about the incident that happened while Forward Lightning Squad was investigating an outpost that we had lost contact with. Beforehand, I had received classified information that I couldn’t share at the time and I apologize for that,” she said and nodded in Fate’s direction.
“I’ve been given permission to share this information with you and make sure you are all up to date. This is a major threat we have to deal with as soon as possible.”
She activated the screen behind her and images of the humanoids that had attacked Fate popped up.
“This is the information they gave me. These humanoids you see here are believed to have attacked the outpost. Investigator Harlaown, were these the things that attacked you?”
“Yes, I saw them exit a building carrying something and I think they sensed I was nearby. Shortly after that they came after me,” she answered.
Hayate nodded and continued.
“After Investigator Harlaown had been brought back here, we sent out a team to collect the bodies for analysis. The box the humanoids had carried is missing so we assume they took it with them. We still don’t know what was in that box.
The result for the analysis has is complete and the cause of death for all bodies seems to be because of the organic damage they received. Nothing special seems to have come up.”
She paused and looked at Fate.
“Investigator, did they do something to you that seemed suspicious?”
Fate lowered her head to concentrate and then spoke up.
“Yes, they told me what they are called and a sentence I didn’t understand the meaning of at the time and I don’t think I do now either”, she said.
Hayate and the others around the table looked perplexed.
“What did they call themselves? And what was the sentence?” she finally asked.
“They didn’t really talk but instead projected text in front of their head. Most of it I couldn’t read but I understood most of it,” she said and paused. She had everyone’s attention now.
“They call themselves Reapers or The Reapers. They said it was the name they had been given, so I guess they have actually been created. As for the sentence, it said: ‘You worthy of further evaluation.’ I understand the sentence but not the purpose behind it.”
Hayate thought about it for a moment before replying. “I’ll put the research team on that for now. Let’s focus on the more important matter, the Reapers themselves. We have so far very little information about them but we are searching the library for old rec-“
She was interrupted by a com window suddenly opening in front of her.
“Hayate, we found something of interest regarding the Reapers,” Yuuno said.
“Already? That was quick.”
“Well, we had some trouble looking for the right file but we found numerous clues leading us to the right one,” Yuuno answered. “Anyway, we have a location for a small base we think was used by the Reapers. It’s located on an unadministered world we haven’t checked for years. It could be worth to investigate.”
Hayate nodded and looked at the rest sitting at the table.
“Alright, you heard what he said. Wait until the Investigator’s injuries have healed and then go to the location,” Hayate said. “Be extremely careful and avoid combat at all costs. Dismissed.”
She rose and went out of the door first. The others stay behind and asked Fate questions about the Reapers.
“Did they have something you would call fighting style?” Nanoha asked.
“I think they had, the little I managed to analyze,” Fate said and remembered the fight. “They were at least working as a team, two of them in front and another one behind providing support. They are very fast and use tactics that a normal mage would use.”
“How about weapons?”
“Well, they had something similar to scythes, much like Bardiche.” She picked up the golden triangle and studied it for a moment. “Don’t you think so too?”
[I do, sir.], the device answered.
Fate continued, “As for the one staying behind, it used some kind of long range weapon. I didn’t get a good look at it, only the explosion that ensued.”
The room fell silent. No one had any more questions because they knew Fate wouldn’t be able to answer them or it would only remind her of the experience. Nanoha was the first to say anything.
“At any rate, we need to get ready. Fate, how is your ankle holding up?”
“I can walk just fine. A little pain now and then but nothing serious,” she answered.
Nanoha thought about it for a moment before replying.
“Does a two hour lunch before heading out sound bad?” the girl asked and smiled.
Fate laughed slightly and smiled. “Sure, that would be nice.”
The two hours passed quickly and it was time to move out. The investigation team consisted of two squads as usual; Forward Lightning Squad, with Fate, Caro and Erio, and Forward Stars Squad, consisting of Nanoha, Subaru and Teana.
They were escorted to the teleporter room and were sent away. They appeared on the unadministered world some seconds later.
“The base is a few clicks northeast from where you are,” Yuuno said on a com window that had just appeared. “This is unadministered world #45, which is a very cold forest world. We haven’t checked it out for years so be careful. I will contact you again if I find anything more.”
“Thanks Yuuno, we appreciate it.” Nanoha said and closed the link.
They began to make their way towards the base. Yuuno had been correct in his description. They were surrounded by forest as long as they could see. It was full of snow on the ground and on the trees. They heard nothing except the snow under their boots. Occasionally, an animal white as the snow itself would run in front of them and every time that happened they got startled, always thinking of possible enemies.
It’s almost like they are doing it on purpose, Nanoha thought.
They continued on their way through the forest until they reached a small glade surrounded by very large trees. They only thing they saw were snow, but according to the coordinates it was supposed to be there.
“Aren’t we at the right place?” Subaru asked.
“We should be,” Nanoha answered, “but it might also be hidden. Spread out and search beneath the snow.”
For the next hour they skimmed through the surroundings. Freid’s Blast Flare came in handy in reducing the snow covering the ground but he couldn’t take more than a small area at a time. They were just about to give up when Fried made one final Blast Flare and uncovered something metallic.
“Everyone! I think we found the entrance!” Caro yelled, who had been standing right next to Fried.
The others ran over and began to uncover more snow. Beneath it, a large metal door was hidden. It was made out of solid metal except for the handle and it had a very strange marking in the middle. It was impossible to see what it was. It didn’t resemble anything.
“What is that?” Teana asked and pointed at the marking.
“I don’t know. Some kind of designation number perhaps?” Nanoha said.
Fate got down to her knees and studied it more closely.
“No,” she said slowly,”it’s a message.”
“A message? You can read it?” Nanoha said surprised.
“You can’t? Strange, it makes perfect sense to me.”
“Well, what does it say?”
“’Experimental Base N.478i. Unauthorized personnel must leave the nearby area immediately. No entrance allowed.’” Fate slowly read from the markings. “It sounds like we are not welcomed.”
“Let’s try opening it.” Nanoha said and took a firm hold of the handle. She began to pull but it didn’t even move. The others joined in on the effort and pulled with all their strength. With a whining sound the door began to open. They continued until it dropped down on the other side of its hinges by itself. A cold stream of air emerged from the hole and they looked down into it. A very steep staircase went down into total darkness.
“Did anyone bring flashlights?” Fate asked.
Erio and Subaru began to unpack their extra gear and handed the lights over to Nanoha and Fate.
“I’ll lead the way,” Fate said. “Stay as close behind me as you can. Nanoha, you’ll take up the rear.”
Nanoha nodded in response and they began their descent. After Fate, Caro and Erio followed, shortly ahead of Subaru, Teana and Nanoha. When they had descended for a few minutes the small space exploded with metallic noise for a brief second. Caro grabbed Fate’s hand out of fear and surprise.
“What the hell was that?” Teana yelled.
Nanoha turned around and looked upwards.”It was the door. It’s closed.”
“Closed? How? That door couldn’t have closed by itself!”
The group stood in silence for a few moments.
“Let’s continue and do what we came for. We’ll figure out a way to get out later.” Fate said and they continued their descent into the darkness.
Ok, this is my first short in a while. Slightly inspired after Satashi's To make a mother proud, made me appreciate Syn as a character more, and kinda spurned me into action after the ending. Damn i'm such an easy target when im hit with angst, lol.
Just a random short, well long short, which i came up with. Just a kind of How Vivio and Syn met. It was going to be under 500 words, but i kinda got carried away. Was written instantaneously so may be a few errors in there but i think i got most of them.
I used Syn as a character, all credit for her goes to Keroko, hope your ok with it. I don't think i portrayed her too differently to what you envisioned although if you have any tips please message / PM me as i might continue this depending.

No prob, BW. As for Syn, I can't really write her yet. I've given it a few goes, and it comes out so very wrong. The tip o' the hat was there as a character "bookmark" in case some miracle happens and I can write her as Keroko created her. But for the moment, I'll leave her in the loving hands of her creator and Satashi.

For some reason, Vita sence that she had heared about the Master Light and the 7 kings of the white Order before, it was pretty strange, she feeled herself linked to this words but couldn't figurate exactly why
"I found something!" The voice of Yunno was heared from out of the room, he entered very quick to Hayate's Office, placing a book on the table

"I found this about the Master Light, years ago, in an island of the world of Sahkar, members of the TASB found a table written in ancient Belka who said the words

At the distance, she spoted a big island with an enormus castle in the top of it, at her back she heared a strange sound, like a song being humed, she turned and saw a fisher's boat with a veru curius young guy rowing it, she was the one who was huming that song
"Hey... You! Any chance of a hand?" Vita said while swiming to the boat, the guy noticed her and helped her to get aboard
Aboard the boat Vita had a better look to this guy, he was like 18 years old, brown short hair, and green eyes
"T-Thanks..." Vita said
"He, he you aren't a mermaid, right?" The guy said
"Uf... uf... No... Uh, who are you?"
"My name is Cross, Alphonse Cross at your service... and you?"
"Just Vita"
"What are you doing here" Alphonse asked "This isn't a good place to swim"
"I'm suposed to be on that Island"
"He, are you sure? This island is about to be bombed!"

"What t...! That was my last bottle you bounders!!!" Alphonse screamed very angry, Vita looked among the boat and find a strange pistol, she grabed it and pointed it against the sniper on the island
"Wait! Don't!" Alphonse screamed to Vita
"Get down!" Vita said after shooting the pistol who was actually a flaregun, the flame hit the enemy soldier who falled dead
"Wow! That was a good shoot!" Alphonse said
"Well, I don't think much out of this weapon"
"But I'm afraid you let the cat out of the bag now!" Alphonse said while starting to row again
"Why?" Vita asked
An explosion at the side of the boat, made the boat literraly 'fly' after falling to the wather again
"What's going on?!" Vita asked
"Ha, that flare was the signal! Is gonna be a bit hard from now on" Alphonse replyed with a smile on his face, Vita noticed that the planes and boats were attacking the island
"Damn it!" Vita said "Listen, if you can take us to the island without get us killed, I'll help you find your friend, Okay?"
"Of course my dear, conciderate it done!" Alphonse replyed while the boat keeped aproaching to the island in the midle of that battle
Syn grogglily opened her eyes and blinked at the sunlight shining into her room. 'That's odd... The sun normally isn't up when I wake...' The girl rolled over in bed and brought her watch close to her face and hit the light up button to check the time. "Six ten...WHAT!?" Sitting up fast, she quickly scrambled to check her cell phone, seeing it say the same thing. "Oh crap!"
Falling out of bed, the blue haired girl stumbled to her closet, pulling out her school uniform and trying to get into it and wake up at the same time. "Stupid... Alarm!" She complained to herself while hopping to get the damned skirt past her (finally) developing legs. "I'm going to be so late!"
The door to her bedroom was opened so fast she hit herself in the head with it and stumbled back, falling on her butt. "Ugh... socks." Grabbing a pair from the laundry basket that has been on her floor for days without being put up, she slid up her socks and reclaimed her footing.
Syn ran down the hallway, buttoning her shirt while moving. "No time..." She decided to skip brushing her teeth and instead sprayed her deoterant on. Her keys were grabbed off her desk and she ran through the house.
The car revved as she hastily threw it into reverse and backed out of her house, cutting someone off who was going down their street and almost causing a collision. "Sorry!" She yelled out, rubbing her eyes.
Five minutes later she pulled in front of Vivio's house and looked at the girl puffing out her cheeks at her. "I was about to go ask Fate-mama to drive me," Vivio complained, obviously annoyed. "You're late!"
"I'm sorry..." Syn sighed. 'This is going to be one of those days...'
Ah I remember what its like to sleep through your alarm... Though I've never had to pick up someone before so it just really meant I had to rush REALLLLY fast to get to wherever I had to go on time

"Wow! That was a good shoot!" Alphonse said
"Well, I don't think much out of this weapon"
"But I'm afraid you let the cat out of the bag now!" Alphonse said while starting to row again
"Why?" Vita asked
An explosion at the side of the boat, made the boat literraly 'fly' after falling to the wather again
"What's going on?!" Vita asked
"Ha, that flare was the signal! Is gonna be a bit hard from now on" Alphonse replyed with a smile on his face, Vita noticed that the planes and boats were attacking the island
"Damn it!" Vita said "Listen, if you can take us to the island without get us killed, I'll help you find your friend, Okay?"
"Of course my dear, conciderate it done!" Alphonse replyed while the boat keeped aproaching to the island in the midle of that battle
I recognise that last scene from timesplitters, and an apperance from alphose.
I was fairly annoyed with the circumstances. I had taken Nanoha to the hospital while Caro contacted her family but the damn doctors wouldn't let me in the room because Nanoha "needed her rest and only family could go in". I was tempted to buy the whole damn building so I would have authority over them, but the paperwork would take too long...
As I sat outside of the room waiting, I heard Caro's voice come from the hallway. "She's this way, right?"
I looked up from my seat and froze in my tracks. Along with Caro were two people I didn't know, but assumed were Nanoha's parents. Besides that, I saw a short girl with brown hair walking with them. A familiar 'X' shaped hair clip was in her hair and her voice matched that exactly of the paladin that I had ran into not long before.
"Thanks again for coming, Hayate-san. I'm sorry we had to run off during your meeting with the youth group at the church."
Hayate smiled at the father and shook her head. "No problem, besides, I'd like to meet the daughter of the youth minister. She must be very nice." Her eyes turned to me and she stopped walking instantly.
"Hayate?" The man stopped as well and looked back at her, then at me.
Caro ran over to me and smiled. "Fate-san, how is Nanoha?"
"She's... she's okay I think. They won't tell me anything or let me in the room." I slowly turned my eyes from Hayate and knelt down to teh short pink haired girl. "Will you tell her I'm here for me?"
"Yup!" Caro nodded at me and I pointed at the door. When she ran off into it I stood and looked at the group. "Hello."
The woman looked curiously at me. "Hello. Are you Nanoha's friend?"
"Yes ma'am." I nodded and bowed to her politely. "My name is Fate Testarossa. I..."
Hayate stepped forward. "Hello, Fate. Did you come to visit Nanoha-chan?"
"I brought her here." I looked at them and trusted in the vibes coming from the short one that she wouldn't attack me. "Are you her parents?" They nodded and I smiled at them fondly. "I see where she got her good looks from," I flirted with the mother, getting an embarrassed blush and an approving grin from the father. "Go ahead and visit with her, I'll be out here."
They nodded and apologized briefly before they retreated into the room. Hayate exscused herself a moment to talk to me and we stood outside the door facing each other....

A.) Nanoha, who must speak to her family about her illness and explain both Fate and her situations at home.... or
B.) Fate, who is looking into the eyes of a paladin, who knows Nanoha's parents...

). You shouldn't be surprised that people PM'ed you. I'm glad you're not going to drop the story. The next chapter of NROTU looks interesting...and scary. Speaking of NROTU I read it. I didn't really expect Signum to break down like that. She is a tough warrior. I feel bad for Quattro. Dr.Faust is scary. ZOMG! A centurion! I love the reference to Vatican Knights. With the killing them part. Epic battle between ROBO_GATSURALLY and Nanoha! She can't die, but that was a major wound. I can't believe he threatened to kill Vivio! 
I can believe ROBO_GATSURALLY didn't die after he got breaker'd. Vita!!! What will become of her!
