I actually wouldn't be so sure about that.
She may be skilled at all, but it is likely that Minazuki has only healing abilities, which obviously wouldn't help overpowering Aizen.

Minazukis bankai ability could be the ability to use the skills of everyone she has healed or some random hax like this

Indeed. I'm personally hoping we found out her shikai and bankai are unsuited for combat, which leads to the revelation that she's had no choice but to become extremely adept at all other forms of combat to compensate -- perhaps even more so than Yamamoto.

We already know (partially) Minazuki's Shikai ability, right ?

I find it hard to believe that her Shikai has other, damaging abilities. Or even that her Bankai is completely different and not about healing.

We'll see I guess.

Healing can be derived in many different ways, Healing can allow what we perceive as a sickness to manifest itself, and kill its host.

In short: one must only think of what it is to be healed and that can be anything ...therefore making Unohana a very scary person.... sometimes we need to think out of the box !!!

So either it's gonna be Yama vs Aizen and Yama will lose to illusions.
Yama's fire is perma' sealed and loses as he can't sense Aizen without Ryu.
WW dies and releases some poison / other status inducing effect from your RPG of choice.

With Aizen going: "As I planned."

Until the next chapter, I'll most likely go with option 2 for speculation. I really don't think WW is "done" just yet, otherwise it would be just a complete waste of chapters. Like the Arrancer arc.

it was never actually specified what form of her zanpakuto that was. (shikai, bankai, or materialization)

I really dont think Aizen would let his trump card fall that easily. The mastermind behind everything has too many things up his sleeve to let a Double Bone from Yamajii stop him. But would be nice to see a real mono on mono fight. GO FIST PUNCH!
