With anime girls I tend to like non real life hair color like pink or Blue,I also like it long.
Pink examples: Blue examples: edit: though completely unrelated,in reference to redheads having spunk and style there's Kei from dirty pair flash That hair style is just outrageous and normally not my taste but it suits her personality so darn well I can't help but love it

Long hair FTW Although, short hair doesn't bother me either. Don't like twintails much.
For some reason her hair looks soo fluffy..................*gets beaten to a pulp by Sei and Noriko*

I love girls who have long hair with bangs covering their foreheads. I like ponytails best, followed by straight/wavy hair. Twin tails are good as well. I don't really like or dislike ahoges, so I don't mind if she has one. My favourite hair colours are red, auburn, brown and black. I think my all time favourite is red/auburn hair with a ponytail (see the first two images). I don't really like very curly hair or spiky hair on girls. I don't dislike short hair on girls, but when given the choice I almost always choose the girl with long hair somehow.  Males: I like males who have short hair with bangs over their foreheads. My favourite colours are black and brown. I don't mind an odd colour as long as it's not too flashy.

what i hate is when creators of anime make the hair look weird
example Selnia Iori Flameheart from ladies versus butlers just stupid....... then girl from cant remember she vice school president and this school has type of powers one girl blue hair she been called Beatrice witch... forgot the name of anime thou it been ages

These are my favorite male hairstyles.
Araragi Koyomi from both Bake and Nise. Both lengths look like my hair in real life, so I feel like I can connect to it and at least understand what it's like to have that kind of hair. Except for the ahoge... I also like Kazu form Air Gear's hair. It's awesome in many ways. I like how he looks looks with the beanie on as well.

For females : I would go for golden twintail/ponytail/straight-down waist long hair, the closest reference would be Eri Sawachika (School Rumble) but down to waist long.
For males : I never thought about it, but I think Sakai Yuuji (Sakugan no Shana) hair will be my choice. |
