i wish they would do a long 26-50 ep re-do of Ichigo 100% that is ...100% faithful to the manga. it is hands down one of the greatest romcom stories with very complex characters/relationships that NEED to be in anime form!!!

(something like FMA:Brotherhood)

While Azuma has said that he doesn't think the series would work as an anime, I still would like to see a Yotsuba&! anime though I suppose it's unlikely it'll ever happen unless he changes his mind.

Dengeki Daisy, Yankee Kun to Megane Chan, and freaking YOTSUBA&!. I feel like the author of Yotsuba&! underestimating the animators.
There's also Koukou Debut.
ALSO FREAKING POKEMON SPECIAL. Anyone who's read that knows it's the best adaptation of the Pokemon games.

Also a redo of Tsubasa Chronicles would be nice. But that's just some wild dream.

And I'd love to see a remake of Full Moon wo Sagashite that sticks closer to the manga and has less filler, but keeps all the voice actors from the anime that already exists. I don't suppose that's going to happen, though. Heh heh.

I think Fumi Yoshinaga's "Flower of Life" would be pretty good. It's got otaku-friendly elements (the main characters have a manga club, produce their own manga, and try to get published), it's got comedy, relationships, and all topped off with a bit of drama.
I could see Noitamina doing this the way they did 'Antique Bakery'.

Other things I'd like to see adapted...

Twin Spica

Sundome (if it was done well and not just turned into a cheap ecchi comedy)

Hayate Cross Blade - yuri, swordfights, what's not to like?

To be on topic, I'll pick something else.

I think Minoru Toyoda's "Love Roma" would make a pretty good series. It bucks the trend of romantic comedies where instead of having a show where boy A fancies girl B but can't pluck up the gumption to tell her, in "Love Roma", Hoshino tells Negishi that he fancies her and asks her to go out with him in the first panel.

Negima!. No, not the first adaptation or the Alternate Reality "!?" version, and not some special OVAs either. This series is both an action-shounen and a harem, two guaranteed sellers for the price of one. So why haven't there been any studios willing to take Ken Akamatsu's story in proper?
