I think the question isn't whether there are any girls who'd want him to ravage them (because there seems to be a line forming already), but whether or not Keima has any desires for doing the deed in the real world.

I can't really see proper way to end this game for Keima. Also, Chihiro might just evaporate from the major herione list, if Wakaki just decides to.

What will he do? Now, story is in complete chaos, but in good way.

Well, I believe Chihiro isn't trying to be eroge heroine...Keima is the one who is acting in a very bold and aggressive way. In the chapter 164, he thought "we are in a middle of a strong event! it's alright to proceed with a little force!"
The fact is that he wants to find Mercury as soon as possible.
I think that Chihiro is waiting just for a kiss or for something more, but not for sex.

Anyway, I believe Keima won't kiss her, to this point. It would make the things only more complicated.
