Seems kinda oxymoronic. I mean Panty and Stocking are sisters and nothing else, but it says 'Rukihime' and all in all, the picture isn't really yuri at all. That's just the way sexy girls like posing sometimes

Why you're so puzzled with "RukiHime"?
It's just a name that artist gave to her drawing. And I don't think she actually meant yuri. It's just RukiHime sounds much nicer, than Rukia and Orihime

That Panty and Stocking cross over is just that...a cross over. If you have seen the scene in Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt then you'd understand it's just a tease and a theme in the show.

The only yuri happening is what goes on in your head after you've seen that fan art.
