Having read the spoilers, the hospital roof is already a plothole though.

Spoiler:

1.) Fate and Nanohas linker core is drained at the same time during their first confrontation. They were drained by Vita and Signum respectively. Because Nanohas linker core is being drained, Fate loses focus on her battle with Signum, and ends up getting drained as well.

2.) I don't remember that in the movie or series.

3 and 4) Point one removed the purpose of the 1 v 1 battles that took place between them. Yet they were partly merged with the final battle over the hospital.

I didn't really see much problem with the animation, yet it was such a huge overhaul compared to the series, that it was easily overlooked. But w/e inconsistencies the movie had, will be resolved with blurays.

No wait, you probably do. Sorry, but Chrono can't do the Infinite Library thing, and the IF isn't Google.

I understood that, but Google has a connotation that is rather negative - that anyone could use it and do it without any help.

Yuuno is the Library's Google, thus he brings Google to the table. Without Yuuno, they don't have that easy access of information.

But for the plot they don't need to "Google" the complete Infinity Library, or even get to the Infinity Library at all: they just need to get some info on the Book of Darkness.

There's an easy handwave around that: the last Book of Darkness incident happened a decade ago and killed Clyde, Lindy's husband and Chrono's father. Can you believe the surviving Harlaowns had learned about whatever killed the father of the house? They had a lot of time and could manage some information in the following years prior to meeting Nanoha.

And yet they still caused a lot of harm. There are ways to use magic to remove someone as a threat for a good while, and Vita knows that if she doesn't do something about Nanoha, the latter will interfere again. If she really has Nanoha on the ropes (and I'd have to wonder how, since Nanoha would have gotten the drop on Vita with the surprise long-range attack, but we can presume Vita is made stronger than Nanoha still), then stopping the nuisance long enough to complete the book would definitely be an objective. That was the intention of their other fights. On the rooftop, they had every intention of beating Nanoha and Fate down hard.

And if you can use magic to knock someone unconscious for awhile, you can use magic to knock someone unconscious for weeks.

But only in the same sense you can do that with a hit in the head, at least of what we see so far. I always assume the Wolkenritter were trying to kill them in that battle.

Only Vita showed any real inclination to mortally wound anyone, because she was angry loli who lets emotions get the best of her. I never felt Signum was trying to do the same with Fate. Signum actually took more damage than Fate during that first battle.

Nope, movie 2nd tribute comics has cameo's from all Nanoha series. The Grendels snuck in the Force one clinging to the Huck's ship, then made a run for it when RF6 showed up. 'twas quite amusing.
