Hey guys

I back again !

I wanna asked you something though

I got a new concept for my fanfic (and I also tried to make my own fanfic isn't completely rip-off of original TAMnI)

So I decided to use several pure concept to different them

For Sister Arc, I decided to put something interesting

In this fanfic, I will make that Accelerator is Touma's childhood friend (before Accelerator acquire his own ESPer power)
But after 'that accident' (referring to Accelerator's childhood tragedy ... that making people see him as 'monster') Touma never meet him again
Old friends reunion in fated battle ... as opposing side ...
Tragedy ... YES !

Do you guys have something passed your mind ...
Like what nick name that Touma give to Accelerator or Accelerator's real name?

Just asked~ It will be good if you guys can help me

No, i don't see it working. Also, an "Accelerator was Touma's childhood friend" fic has been done by Blitz12's A certain destined encounter except this Accelerator is a girl.

He witness the death of Misaka 10031 by Accelerator and he is shocked without words seeing his old childhood friend who's long gone now in front of him, killing people and then Touma will stumble with the rest of the Sisters that are going to take the body?

Hey, I'm all for another Touma and Accel childhood friend story. Ashaman hasn't updated his in a while and "A certain destined encounter" didn't leave any impact on me.

Just make sure to work on the grammar or get someone to proofread it for you.

I mean, I get the appeal, but I don't like how people try to make them friends when they are more suited to be rivals, if only one sided.

What's wrong with a little bad blood? Hamazura and Accelerator aren't buddies just because they have a common goal but they still work out.

They could be friends and rivals at the same time, you know.

It's just an interesting "what-if" scenario, and we have plenty of bad blood in Index already.

Actually, wouldn't it be interesting to have an AU where our three heroes are friends in school together? I enjoyed Mr. Kyon's "certain college drinking party" quite a lot, and I think it could work.

I blame my mind for going nuts during work and wanting to create an Index fic...

So my idea is that Academy City holds a charity date auction. To help garner interest, the city has Judgement and Anti-Skill join up for the auction. They also open up signing up to the public. They also say that all the funds from the event will go towards Child Errors/helping the city/Judgement/Anti-Skill. It's really up to the author.

So upon hearing about this, Tsuchimimikado and Aogami sign Touma up for the event for shits and giggles. So the night the event takes place, the event organizer is going through the list of names that signed up and seeing who's shown up. The organizer notices that several people have not shown up, including Touma. So the organizer sends out a couple of Judgement/Anti-Skill members out to gather the no-showers.

So when the Anti-Skill/Judgement members knock on Touma's door and Touma answers it, they grab him dragging him out to the event leaving both Touma and Index confused and upset about what's happening. Touma is thinking "What? What's going on? What did I do know? FUKOU DA!!!".

Upon arrival at the event, Touma is filled in on what's happening. Of course, Touma tries to get out of the event, but when told that all the proceeds are going to help Child Errors/Judgement/Anti-Skill/City, he sighs and agrees to participate.

Starting bids on the various people in the auction are based upon their level with the organizers thinking that people would want to go out on a date with a high level person. Being the last person for the night and when Touma to come up on stage, he finds out that he's has the lowest starting bid out of all the others.

What the organizers didn't realize the amount of women that like Touma that would show. So the organizers, and other people helping are surprised and shocked when they see Touma's price start to rise and skyrocket higher then any other person that was bid on previously.

Who ever wins is entirely up to the author. It could be one person...It could be more. It's entirely up to the author.

First person I thought of winning the bid was Saten Ruiko, surprising everybody there. Maybe it's just cause it's a guilty pleasure of mine to have ToumaxSaten. Next person who I thought of winning was the Dorm Mother from the Tokiwadai Dorms.

...Actually, that's the most normal thing I've heard in a long time.

Yes, it could totally work as long as you keep it In-Character and nor veer off. There are two things you have to worry about, one is to becareful not to turn it into a clusterfudge of characters appearing just because they can, and secondly... Well, try not to exggerate Touma's popularity too much, at best he's only well known in the seventh district.

Just one comment, the first idea had me flashback to Persona PS3, and a couple of fanfics involve dual Protagonist pairings...

...That is all.

EDIT: It's kinda sad that toaru's fanfic fanbase is quite small compared to most series, I don't mean the super big titles with their 10000 fics. Even Durarara have ten times more fics than Toaru, and they have less volumes and less animes! But it's not like I read them so who knows? Maybe they're all horrible?

I guess Index isn't a fangirl friend series or something...

Well, I think the problem is, is that there aren't too many hot bishie guys giving off love vibes like in Durarara.

And I noticed that earlier on there was a couple of posts about Touma and Accelerator being friends as kids-

Why not make them become friends before Touma got the Imagine Breaker. Accelerator would be the only one who could even begin to stand against that intense amount of bad luck because nothing physical can touch him, and his life sucks anyways.

Exception No 1 and the main one : Touma already have that Imagine Breaker when he born

Well the number of fanfiction really means nothing, look at the one of SnS, most of them are 200 words fanfiction.

And most of To aru's fanfiction are enjoyable, at least for me.

Spoiler for half-baked idea #1: Basically, Kamijou Touka (a genderbent Touma) gets ripped from her dimension and dropped into Touma's one, right into the hospital. Heaven Canceller is taking care of her and after hearing her name right before she faints, goes on to check the database for her and after finding no match calls Touma to check if he has a sister. Touma on the other hand has a dream where he saw Touka, and a invisible, serpentine link connecting their right hands. With a roar, the link separates from Touka and fuses into Touma. (an attmept to write in the fact only Touma's right hand can be Imagine Breaker) Touma then meets Touka, and the two of them plus Heaven Canceller found out the implausible truth that she's from a alternate universe. Touka is placed into Touma's class for the time being, with the cover of being Touma's twin sister. Hilarity ensues after she replaces Fukiyose's part in punishing Touma with her fists, Motoharu making snide remarks about sibling love, and eventually a delta-force-esque bond forming between Himegami, Fukiyose and Touka. Interaction of Touka with Mikoto is a given, of course, and being mistaken as Touma's girlfriend. The reason I think this won't work that well is because we don't know what exactly is sealed inside Touma. I originally was planning on Touka being sent from a timeline a few months ahead, so that she doesn't have IB but has the powers sealed inside her to use, even if it's just a slight portion of the total power. Memory loss could be addressed, but we don't know enough about how the TAMNI plot is going to end yet, so I think this idea can be shelved for now. Now, this next one I actually have a bit of it written, but I ran out of ideas for linking up the beginning and the end... Spoiler for half-baked idea #2: Touma got dragged into being a host for a emergency part time job, due to misfortune breaking his bank card and he desparately needed fast cash to feed Index. It turns out it's Motoharu dragging him into another magician plot, about the club being unreasonably popular and has no ties to the 'unsavoury' parts of society despite that, and some kind of mind control magic that's undetectable is guessed to be the cause. Others also show up trying to get to the bottom of this, with Stiyl being forced into playing the role of a 'bad boy' type by Laura's manipulations, and Mugino infiltrating as a client. Aogami forced himself into the arrangement after hearing Touma is getting a job at the host culb, but ended up with no clients. After much havoc, it turns out the company Kamijou Touya works for is funding this place and the whole thing is just another aspect of the 'Kami-yan disease' playing out. I've got no time for writing recently, so if anyone wants to write these stories go ahead.
