no, he's not dead. ee's badly injured, but survive yet again. Touma looks like Onizuka in that point I guess ^^.

Kanzaki likes touma? Since which volume? And who's ursula and anieze? Can't remember reading about them >.< Not that I remember much apart from vol 16 anyway lol

There are many implications in the past volumes that she likes Touma. Try checking out volume 11 and SS. There are also statements from the third person, specifically by Itsuwa and Tatemiya Saiji.

Ursula - former RCC nun. First appearance in volume 7.

Anieze - The same. First appearance is the same as Ursula.

I think that post about last order had something to do with Accelerator. He'd gone away from last order when he joined the GROUP in volume 15.

The Wiki said something about making electrons turning into unstable matter.

Which might actually mean, utilizing electrons in a matter to turn it into an explosive. Imagine you were turned into a human bomb.

An electron changes its nature into either particle or waveform according to situations. Meltdowner converts the electrons in the atmosphere into an unstable state just between the particle and waveform, fix its unstable nature, and uses it according to her will.

An unstable electron has the characteristic of fixing itself, creating a pseudo-wall that esper uses to strike its opponent with great speed. It's formal classification would be a "Highspeed Waveform-Granulator Cannon".

It's outer appearance resembles that of a shining white beam. It could melt metals with ease and it can also be fired at four different directions at once.

Mugino Shizuri stated that she have a limiter set on her Meltdowner to avoid destroying the user herself. According to her, the skill developers said that she could kill rail gun in an instant if she were to remove that limiter.

Well, if I were to be told "find out on your own" or "wait till the anime gets there and you'll understand" is not by any means available options for me, as both are unavailable here in where I am if I wish to seek them on my own.

And yeah I love spoilers, loads and loads and loads of spoilers.

... I suspect they're talking about Touma or something. I might be wrong though.
