How do you upload audio for Quicktime?

You know, how do you upload those audio files so that when you click on the link, all you get is a blank page with a Quicktime bar streaming the audio? I'm curious about how to do it.

You mean all you see is a a QuickTime bar and nothing else on the link? If so, then a direct link to the file, itself. Just make sure it's a format QuickTime is preset to play. Of course, by directly setting the link to the file can cause some downloading programs like Download Accelerator to download the file, instead of allow you to let it play the file on the browser.
