Yes. I don't think anyone here think that they aren't related and since Grim Reaper is unique to Genzou, nobody will have this magic again, not even Miyuki.

Can we really say that? It looked like a normal magic to me, and it is not powerful at all, it's not even difficult to cast. I think we don't know Ayako's personal magic.

pampz was trying to use it as an example of how Erica could beat Miyuki, since he thinks the earlier fight showed that Erica was stronger than Lina. It backfired rather spectacularly, since those two fights contained enough evidence to shoot all his theories with more holes than swiss cheese.

Miyuki's magic abilities, rather than enhancing an effect, were more specialised towards suppressing an area.

Read what? The novels? Your Arguments? I've read them, all of them. I read them and remain completely unconvinced by you. I only judge you because I read all your arguments and all I get from it is the complete Tunnel vision you have concerning Erika. Some of it is insightful, but it's like your boasting her abilities past the extent of her actual abilities. It seems more like your making an argument for an eventual power up she can receive, which would actually hold up pretty strong based on your stats.

But, Like I said, your Bias comes across too strong, even if you make a valid argument it's hard to take it at your word.

And you haven't made very many valid arguments, xfire and rasen have been poking holes in all of them, and they've deconstructed you left and right.

Even if you do make a point, there's so much clear preference for Erika it comes across more Ad Hominem than actual insight.

On this, we agree. I prefer Tatsuya when he's using a combination of taijutsu and magic, not when he's just decomposing the world.

Strategic class magicians are capable of large AOE attacks, example being Mio's Abyss and Tatsuya Material Burst. On a scale that it can destroy fleets, armies etc.

I'm not sure if the definition for Tactical class magicians has been said, my guess is that there capable of AOE magic suppressing a small area.

To expand on cybers example, Tactical class are capable of magic/magics equivalent to a powerful bomb or maybe a missile, Strategic equal to a nuke. Basically the same category (AOE magic), just the scale (radius) is completely different, enough so that they can be considered different levels.

After watching Log Horizon, I somehow know the meaning of those term (hopefully)

_ Action Class: 1 single action
_ Combat Class: capable of altering the course of a single battle (with multiple enemies & allies)
_ Operation Class: capable of altering the course of several battles at a time
_ Tactical Class: capable of capturing the enemy's base (or dungeon )
_ Strategic Class: capable of deciding the outcome of a war
_ National Class: ____________________________ nation
_ Continent Class: ___________________________ continent
_ World Class: ______________________________ world

of course, this is just for fun, but you have to admit these kinda make sense

Tactical nuclear weapons were a large part of the peak nuclear weapons stockpile levels during the Cold War.

I guess Tactical is part of the military may or may not change the tide of war but Strategical is something that can utmostly change the tides of war.

Still that begs the question, by this wouldn't Tatsuya be considered Nation or Continent class? He could probably do AOE magic of that scale with material burst depending on what he targeted for energy conversion.

Yes, but as far as the public goes, there is currently no magic that possesses such firepower. Of course, if the nation is small enough, then one 20 Megatons MB is what they would call "Nation Class".

The more I think about it, the more awed I get at how utterly and ridiculously overpowered Material Burst is. All you need is a little bit of mass then......
