if i save it as a jpeg the size is like 115kbs

What program are you using for the banner? If you're using Photoshop use the 'Save for Web and Devices' option. Otherwise, there ought to be an option in GIMP for lower quality jpeg as well. If you're using a different program that doesn't have such options then you can always save it as full quality jpg and ask somebody if they can help you resize it.

Anyway its still my 1st banner~ thought you could check it out. tweaked a bit, added some blue in the background, so.. don't know if that fix something. And, about the text still I'm still having prob w/ them. if it's fine, then I should finalize it as one of my 1st entry.

The text is great. Maybe you should use a bit more glow so the AnimeSuki part can stand out from the background some more. I notice that the render is a bit pixelly. This also happened to me, but here's a tip. Don't drag and use transform. Crop the original image based on a fixed width/height so you don't need to transform when you drag it over to your banner. For some reason this method of downsizing is "smoother."

The thing I like the most about this banner is that it almost looks as a "follow up" to current Rena one at the top of the forum.

Even Hanyu's hands are in a similar position.
