Gotta admit, despite them pulling what's clearly an act, the sins look badass as hell in this scene.

Also, I think I brought it up earlier during the Geera fight from the previous arc, but IMO it's actually pretty nice to see that Mel DOESN'T hold back against women who attack him. Nope, none of that "chivalry" nonsense here!

Now where the heck is that second chapter already!?

Mel ain't Zoro or Sanji, if a woman he's fighting hits him hard then he'll hit back as it should be! (Seriously...the Zoro thing was BS)

Anyways, that picture of badassery was helped by the fact that Ban looks like a psychotic punk already and King's old fart form is pretty.........let's call it unappealing.

Uh, so the chapter 41 translation's been out for a while now. As expected, Geera's gang has arrived to crash the party!

^What's even funnier is that we already saw him go through that routine in the last arc with King (gets stabbed with a freaking SPEAR, yet only asks who his attacker was).

Whoa, kinda surprised that nobody else bumped this thread, since the newly translated chapters were out for a while now.....

Anyway, a short bonus chapter revealed Geera's reason for fighting (to protect her little bro), and as of chapter 43 it looks like the sins are in a real pinch, indeed. Wonder where Mel ended up getting warped to.....

Also, interesting that the other enemy knight guy has gravity powers. But I wonder if he was really the one who took Diane's weapon? He did comment on how the sins are helpless without their treasures, but he didn't seem to be holding on to the hammer (unless he hid it in the air with his gravity magic or something, lol

). Otherwise, I'm sorta thinking that somebody else might be keeping it safe, like the old knight guy from Danafor......

I don't think anybody is keeping it safe because Mel wouldn't have told diane to retrieve it if the old guy had it. As for where Mel is I suspect he's trapped within that item.

I was pretty much going under the assumption that the old guy would protect the weapon of his own volition (ie he wouldn't tell anyone that he would do it, but he'd go ahead and do it anyway). Besides, Mel and the other sins were busy preparing for the invasion from Geera's group anyway, so I doubt they had the time to warn anyone else about the situation, anyway (hence why they had to go and scare off the villagers)....

Can the pendant work on Geera and Jericho because of the demon blood ? This would be the ultimate irony.

I believe the demon blood excuse was a lie to make Veronica cooperate, wouldn't be surprised if it worked on anyone.

This is just weird. Ban was able to kill that demon before he became a sin presumably and now that woman's beating the crap out of him after drinking some of that demon's blood.

^I'm pretty sure that it's the holy knights' magic that enables them to counter the sins' powers. That's why Mel and co. are having so much trouble against them without their weapons by their side....

She still spams explosion magic though, and is once again giving the captain a bit of trouble..... Meanwhile, Jericho apparently tells Ban that she dressed like a man in order to make herself appear stronger, but now there's no longer any need since she gained power from the demon's blood. Apparently she also tells him that he needs to take responsibility for "making her a woman", while smearing his blood over his lips as if it were lipstick...... Both lady knights beat the crap out of their respective opponents. Just when things are looking really bad...... King suddenly appears! The two enemy knights attack him straight away, but he easily blocks their attacks with his magic. He then just as easily takes the both of them out solo! Man, now this was an awesome chapter. The fight may have been short, but it was sure sweet! But I also recall there being another demon knight who accompanied the two ladies, so this battle may not be over just yet..... Also, I'm now really starting to believe that Suzuki is stressing the fact that it's of utmost importance that the sins regain all of their lost weapons. I mean, both Mel and Ban were once again caught in a real pinch despite their insane physical strength. They're definitely gonna need their weapons back if they don't want to remain punching bags of the demon knights. Well, at least Diane should have hers back, soon..... Oh, and another thing: Jericho was simultaneously creepy, yet freaking hot this chapter.

Elizabeth begs her sister to release him from the jewel, but Griamor restrains her with a barrier. However, not all hope is lost, as Ban suddenly reappears, and is holding Veronica hostage...... Meanwhile, King is still battling both the lady knights. The two of them are still unable to touch him, though. King decides to end the battle by summoning a huge plant that shoots a barrage of beams at the enemy knights, but a mysterious figure appears and slices the plant in half..... as well as King's weapon. The mystery person also saves both Geera and Jericho from the beam onslaught. It turns out the new arrival is.... the goofy-looking referee from the tournament? But he then takes off his cloak and reveals his TRUE identity: Geera's master, Helbram....!!!! Uh oh, the sins are REALLY screwed now. Even the mighty King with his magic ended up getting disarmed by the evil knights. How, oh, how will they survive!?
