Yup, that seems to be it. Which, to be honest, is about time. I kinda found it weird how this series spawned no data book of sorts, it seems like something that would be obvious what with all the information it likes to throw out.

I actually predicted this ages ago. None of the adults we've seen in the series have Skills with the exception of Hitomi, who is a permaloli.
So yeah, I'd assume it's the typical "only kids can pilot mecha have powers" kind of thing. *cough*Yet another reason why Medaka Box is bad.*cough*

Then again, this is shaping up to be a disappointing ending chapter, so what's one more piece of disappointment? Just have to see how it goes.
