Comedy Manga

Right now I feel more like reading manga then watching anime, specifically I want a comedy one. My favorite comedy manga is Hayate No Gotoku the humor really hits me spot on, I also found Working! really funny. Obviously with my above examples, random humor seems to be what does me best, but I'll give anything a go. I don't mind if what other genre's are tagged or if it also has serious sections but I would prefer it to be mainly a comedy.

Did I mention Yotsubato (thread at AS)? it's one of the funniest manga out there.

If you want to read 4-koma, I recommend Kill me Baby (thread at AS) and S.S. Astro (thread at AS). They are both very, very funny, especially the latter. plenty of random humor as well.

you may also want to read G.A. Art Design Class (thread at AS) and K-on! they are both 4-koma.

you may want to try Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (thread at AS). unique characters, unique situations, very unique interactions, plenty of humor as well. I'm pretty sure we are going to see an anime adaptation of this. :P

Yankee-kun to Megane-chan (thread at AS) and The World God Only knows (thread at AS). I like these two and I think they are both very funny and enjoyable manga.

something a bit old, though very funny as well, Angel Densetsu (thread at AS).

and Oresama Teacher (B-U Link) would be worth checking out.

I'll 2nd Yotsubato and Angel Densetsu (the latter is practically the best manga ever).

Ultimate!! Hentai Kamen should have your sides aching before you start to get a bit tired of it (becomes kind of samey).

Others to check:
Sumire 16
Watashi no Ookami-san
Midori no Hibi
Pretty Face

Try baka to test to shoukanjuu. It's pretty humorous. Boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai seems to have promise too

I'll second The World God Only knows and Yotsuba, and recommend Gintama and Excel Saga.

I just noticed that i don't read a lot of comedy only manga.

Hozuki-san Chi no Aneki might be up your ally, I like it a lot myself. And if you are okay with something a little more mature then Oretama and Yuria 100 Shiki are hilarious (same author, different illustrators).

I also second Gintama, Yotsuba & Yuria 100 Shiki (if you like salacious jokes). I'd add Ichigo Mashimaro.
