I believe that's not her since it has been stated on her profile card that Saitou is Mugi's butler (a middle-aged man).
^ and that card was made long time ago, prior to the release of the anime's 1st season BDs & DVDs.

As for Sumire's "fear" of Mugi. I think that's only because of her sense of duty (hence how she could quickly make tea when ordered by Azusa and co.) and also her "interesting" personality

Hmmmm.... it seems I got the wrong chapter..... could someone tell me again which chapter the "evilness" of Mugi is featured in? Preferably using the number rather than volume.

Well that "evilness" is just Mugi-chan being very stern with her butler is all and it's over the phone so all we got that indicates she may be scary is just Mio reactions but that doesn't say much

Anyway all I know is it's from vol 2 the chapter where Mio studies with Ritsu and Mugi-chan knew that should would.

What Akira said about Mugi was cruel and insensitive, and she deserved her punishment/ownage. The new girls do find Mugi interesting. Mugi chapter = moed to death.

The prediction of some people here hit the spot they're going to have a part time job to cover their expenses after all And also...
