Aniplus Asia reported on Twitter that they're picking it up with a simulcast on Friday (12th) at 22:30 (GMT +8).

Should've aired already via Aniplus Asia in SEA. Not sure if it was exclusively streamed online (I'm hearing this from other places).

CR got it in English as "Brave Bang Bravern!"

Really (honestly) don't know if CR didn't want to get the rights to stream/retail it eventually or if they bungled something and didn't say that they'd get the rights after the show was announced last year.

I read the spoiler of the twist before watching the episode but I was still very entertained
I like the combined arms aspect as you don't see that often in mecha anime. I'm looking forward to how they incorporate a super robot in their tactics.
The bit where the JSDF guy is complaining about the music is funny.

It's like FMP and the Brave series had a kid together. I have a feeling this is going to be the dark horse of the season.

This feels like Top Gun with mechs. The first Top Gun. And then the alien invasion happens! Welcome to URRRFF! And THEN it turns into an 80's super robot anime, WHAT. Okay, picked up.

Note that it uses the translation "Special Armored Group" for Isami's position in the JGSDF, which is kinda confirmed by the JP website. The other translations didn't use that.
