It's starting to sound like the ending of this volume would not reach the prologue of this volume, timeline wise

He can...technically be wherever the hell he wants to be after all...

And as for Krauitne breaking out....obviously he arranged for it. In fact I think he deliberately allowed the Calculate Fortress to be breached....it's Aleister's hole....don't you think it got broken too easily?
