I think both of those are drama CDs, which I based upon the very tiny, very blurry text right over the Log Horizon logo. Looks like an English "Drama CD" to me.

Huh, I didn't notice that either.

Considering the size of the guild halls and how closely they're spaced together in the pictures we see of the hallway, I think it's a subtle indication that the guild building uses extra-dimensional physics or teleportation magic in order to fit them all in.

I think it was noted in both the novels and anime that the guild building just had a bunch of doors that 'led' to a guild hall, and that the halls weren't actually 'in' the building itself?

I don't recall but it certainly wasn't brought up in the anime so in that regards my appreciation for it's subtlety is still immense!

It wasn't brought up, but it was implied. When the door opened, you couldn't see inside, it just looked like an energy field of some sort. And yes, the doors are spaced so close together, I thought it was fairly obvious things were "bigger on the inside" as it were.
