I believe it's like all other pre-air's I've seen so far, in that they will air episode 01 according to its broadcast schedule, not what the pre-air set before it. So this week should be ep 01 in better quality.

Impressions of the First Episode:

1-10 Minutes: .... This got to be a parody right? It's almost as if the author took out a checklist of Harem LN features, and checked them off one by one. If the author is really being serious here, as opposed to being over the top, that's an ominous sign

10-20 Minutes: It got better, and funnier. I almost thought we would have a cliche storm of Mecha tropes though.


Edit: After thinking through further about some of the scenes in the later half of the first episode, I suspect that "Everyday fill the harem trope checklist" life of the first ten minutes is deliberate. My theory is that Kotori is a fake sister, the MC is an artificial human, and the first ten minutes is the "happy ending" where the MC had his mind wiped, and allowed to live an ordinary, everyday life. Oh, and Kotori is not 14.

There's a reason why the Parents are missing. They don't exist. And this show is about to get darker very, very fast. The opening sequences after the 150 million murdering Spacequake is not typical of the rest of the show, but serves as a contrast to the much, much darker material down the line.

I'm not sure what to make of the first episode... Series like this aren't usually my thing, but I just adore Tohka's design and I both love and hate (in a good way) Kotori's character. I suppose I'll keep tabs on it for now.

I kind of think that's exactly what she did. She's been playing up to siscon fantasies as a disguise for her real personality.

EDIT: One thing the anime hasn't made clear yet, and I'm not sure if it should have or not: what exactly IS the organization that Kotori works for? What sort of official authority (if any) do they have? Are we supposed to know yet? If not, just tell me we aren't supposed to know rather than spoiling, please. It just kind of feels like we should know a bit more about them than we do at present.

Or maybe the MC actually died or is in a coma from a spacequake, so now he's dreaming about his imouto commander, and he just spoke with his friend about the dating sim, hence the dating sim theme.

I took a look at a couple pages of the LN, and while I didn't read enough to give any spoilers, I'll say it answered some of my questions about whether Kotori's acting, while raising a number of questions. There's definitely something big behind her character, and while I still don't have the faintest clue what it is I'm dying to find out. Hopefully things will get to the point where I can find out just what's going on.
Also, hopefully there's more to Itsuka's role here than simply seducing the girls in order to convince them to stop coming around.

Kaminomi meets deadly beautiful aliens from another dimension. Kinda meh in the premise, but Kotori was a riot to watch. Her tsundere is not dependent on what Shidou does, but where she is currently. Such a shame she is the sister... woulda been real interesting if she was osananajimi. XD

The little sister was very entertaining... until she revealed herself to be Kirino in disguise. Damnit, it was already hard enough to put up with one Kirino, I'll have to deal with two of them this season!? I don't know if I can take it... Hopefully, she's not actually as bad as she seems.

So, this show is pretty much Kaminomi in a sci-fi setting, huh? Not sure what to think of it yet.
