Rumors, which originated in the first place from that article on Lucky Star Brigade, are not "common knowledge". Quote:
I had my friend translate the names on the title page of Disappearance of Nagato... it says "Original by Nagaru Tanigawa, Manga by PUYO". Tanigawa had nothing to do with the project. I have no idea where you get your information from, but it's not correct. Edit: Quote:
And Manga-Updates lists the author as "PUYO". |

The manga itself lists the author as Puyo.
Wikipedia lists the author as Puyo. MangaFox lists the author as Puyo. Manga-Updates lists the author as Puyo. ANN lists the author as Puyo. Manga-Helper lists the author as "Nagaru Tanigawa and Noiji Itou" so not only did they get her name wrong they miscredited her. ...Do I really need to say anything else? |

Oh dear. "Original Work" refers to the work the title is based off of, in this case the Haruhi novels. "Manga" would imply that Puyo is behind the entire manga, which he (she?) is. Also, you're running away from a losing argument, which is generally bad form. Just admit that you're wrong and we can continue with another discussion, please. |

Original Work describes what the spin off is based on. Sort of like how all later Star Treks credit Gene Roddenberry as "Based on Star Trek by Gene Roddenberry" even though he's been dead for most of the new products.
I would point out though Kaisos that you intense dislike of Yuki shipping may cloud your judgement from time to time.

And sure, I accept that, but that isn't what we're talking about right now. |

Yes, I'm a bitch, I've been a bitch since I joined the web 2 years ago and while I may have improved I still have a temper and fangirlism (though not as much) and behavioral issues, so please don't rub it in.
I find Kuyoh hard to write for, given that I'm not sure when to write dialogue and when to write _________. |
