That would make it theoretically possible but no evidence of that has been given while evidence to the contrary (namely that Accelerator can reflect all types by just analyzing one) has been shown.

Ignoring the difficulty in actually doing it, if you managed to chop Accelerator's arm off while his power was active would his vector shield reflect the blood that was pouring out of the arm and send it shooting off like a rocket?

Actually if you could somehow cut it off, Accelerator can still use his powers to redirect his own blood flow and keep the wound close.

How I know this? Because someone did manage to slice his gut open despite of his power.

The situations are different though. His gut is still within his body but his arm would be cut off and therefore no longer be part of his body. I don't think there is any way he could redirect the blood flow to close the wound fast enough to prevent it from flying off like a rocket from his own reflection ability.

And one more question... Could Accelerator beat Ollerus or Sogita? Since their powers are beyond comprehension would he be able to use his powers to reflect them?

Accelerator's reflect would not cause his arm if severed to "shoot off like a rocket". his defualt reflex is just that, reflect he doesn't exert any more force on an object then it would have exerted on him so things would take twice the force of the impact so someone could easly touch Accelerator with out being hurt by his reflect just by not trying to hit him and slowly placeing your hand on him (now if he wanted to hurt you, you would still be hurt but it would not be because of his reflect). contray to many animes blood pressure in a body isn't that high and it would be lower in the part that was severed as the source of the pressure is the heart. So Accelerator's severed arm falls to the ground just like anyone elses. now he could possably pick it up ducktape it on and have it still be useable by useing his powers to route blood and neural impulses to it.

only if all their atacks use vectors would he stand a chance. it also depends when this happens as his his understanding of magic has changed quite a bit and with understanding his ablity to affect it has increased.

Thanks, that helps a lot, though I disagree on the healing factor bit. Perhaps he could seal wounds so he doesn't bleed out but neural connections are impossible to regrow if significant damage has been taken and difficult to regrow otherwise. Nothing he could do with vectors should be able to change that, though he might be able to get around it all together using his powers.

I never said he would regrow them. I ment he could pick it up and use his powers to route the impulses to the nerves and blood through the vessles. It is pretty much the same as what he did to rewrite LC brain from the virus and keep himself and the Doctor alive in the same arc, but on a much lesser scale. the duct tape was just to hold it on.
