I want more songs like Don't Say Lazy it's such an awesome song
And more songs with Yui

Regarding the episodes, I don't care about fillers as long they are funny and entertaining.

Oh well then. I didn't know that. Well, as long as they're funny and stuff, then I won't I mind at all!

No. Way. Endless Eight will not be missed even by otakus in Japan (they are the best line of defense).

Seeing that the problem with E8 wasn't the concept, but the execution, I wouldn't mind if they tried again. They've just got to change up enough so that every ep doesn't feel like watching the same episode for two months. As long as they're not making the episodes with the mindset of keeping us guessing if it's the last one or not, then there shouldn't be too many problems.

If the DVD count is correct...yes there will be something around 25 episodes this season.

Um, either you or someone has asked this question several times and its been answered each time ... the series is expected to have 24+ episodes this year.

Given that this followed a comment about there needing to be a K-On version of Endless Eight, I found the question oddly appropriate

Ton-chan is awesome. But just noticed she hasn't got "land" in her tank to take a rest. Wouldn't she get tired from nonstop constant swimming? Dosen't she at least need some sleep?

Ane who else wants the adorable Azunyan Number-2 from Episode 14 to make another appearance?

I'm assuming she's a sea-turtle and will eventually be the size of a small car.... oops.

Turtles have gills and can survive indefinitely underwater. The reason why they can survive on land is the ability to form water bubbles around their gills to keep them wet.

And Jun-chan's kitty......nyaa~.

If stalking Mio for 8 episodes with her in different kinds of cosplay and Mugi at hand attempting all sorts of perverse confrontations, I don't mind.

But then, K-ON!! would get cut from the air and otaku fans would riot in front of the MBS and TBS stations, causing social unrest in Japan and prematurely ending the K-ON!! franchise forever.

Of course, "Endless Eight" made perfect sense in the supernatural context of Haruhi, as the characters were literally trapped in a time loop and the show was going to (astounding) lengths to portray that, by putting the viewers in the same situation as the characters. It wouldn't happen in K-ON!!, for the same reason there were no mecha or monsters in Clannad. It wouldn't serve the story. Personally, I loved "Endless Eight", for the same reason I loved The End of Evangelion or any other in-universe experiment in storytelling.

Anyone else thinks that this episode (ep. 7) was a bit on the creepy side?

Someone in the episode seven discussion thread next door nicely defined it as "lame-creepy for the win" or something like that. It managed to convey the latent creepiness of idol worship and also the lameness of such celebratory gatherings in many ways while still being funny. Quite a complicated episode in many ways.

Personally I rather liked Mio's poem ... can't help it the heathens and peasants didn't get it
