Once again Sakurai shows herself completely irresponsible. What does she think a train is? Oh, well, at least it was just a simulator. She didn't discharge her weapon in public for no reason.

Also, Haruka's flagged as a possible yandere. Oh, well, nobody's perfect. And I like her aggressiveness. Not too much, not too little...

I wonder if Sakurai did that on purpose or at least subconsciously because she didn't want Takayama to become a driver and leave them.

I wonder why the instructor didn't acknowledge they had a saboteur on board, instead of saying it was a collective failure? There are some things you can't do anything about. I suppose he could have asked Iwaizumi to jump from car to car and storm the auxiliary locomotive, but he'd just have gotten shot. Because Aoi's crazy.

Though I suppose the real answer was to refuse to start the exercise as long as one driver was behaving like a brat throwing a tantrum.

Takayama was the only one aware of what the real problem was, and he'd rather put the blame on himself as a failure of a team leader than rat out someone else.

I guess they take their teamwork pretty seriously. If that was a real situation, usually all it takes is one person to fail an entire operation. You can't really put the blame on one person and pass the rest if everyone's dead.

She always did seem to have issues with teamwork since the start, always wanting to go and do things herself rather than work within the system.

As far as she's concerned, any order that doesn't involve her performing violence on someone isn't an order worth obeying.

I don't know if you can pass anyone, but you should certainly acknowledge that one person actively sabotaged the exercise.

So basically Koumi ditched the group and stalked Takayama the whole way, and upon seeing Aoi dressed up looking happy to see him in an empty church, proceeded to show herself with a dark look in her eyes and a complete 180 mood swing...

This is a very common outlook that many people have (well, in US mediums of entertainment, anyway); if one person of a team messes up, the whole team falls and everyone is to blame. Instead of pointing out who the weak link one, let the team figure it out themselves.
