I was doing some rereading, and I found this little bit that supports the theory on the identity of the Last King.

"In one of the former lands of the Scythians, the Caucasus, the legend of the hero Batraz still remains. For the sake of training, the hero cast himself into a fiery furnace during his youth. The fiery furnace where he chose to train in the scorching heat was the place where dragons were slain and corpses were incinerated. In the end, having his body burned by the scorching flames, Batraz jumped into the sea to cool down, and thus completed his training. As a result, he obtained an immortal body."

This is said by Godou when he is using the Sword against Sun Wukong. Pretty sneaky if its true, although im still not sure how it ties in to the Argonauts.

Even though your theory is quite strong, considering that I have never heard of Batraz before reading Campione it will feel quite anticlimactic if he is really is the Last King. Though considering I also never heard of Verethragna and Melqartz before this series, it feels possible.

Apollonius (Argonautica, iii) envisaged the Sauromatai as the bitter foe of King Aietes of Colchis (modern Georgia). if your confused why Sauromatai its the latin for Sarmatians (Sauromatæ)
This has something to do Aietes is the Brother of Circe, Father to Medea OFF TO DEEP RESEARCH, links to Argo and Dragons... being sent back to the past... Huns... were probably not far off knowing the origins of the Argonaut's story, interesting note is that if were talking about Sarmatia, Jason and King Arthur it seems Amazons also come into the picture... and why does Aisha have a Nun motif surrounding her well if I presume her domain will be Egypt, Roman Empire there could be no other else than Alexandria, and Alexandria is still the head base of the Christian Church of Africa so not to confuse with the Vatican, or probably was during the Height of the Roman Empire when the Huns were attacking the eastern borders, while Romans were busy with the Western borders (England), Gaul Rebels, Germanic Rebels or probably that comes to a later date when the Empire is on the twilight years of its eventual collapse

Here's my comments to the pictures:

Pic 1 - Godou is seeing with the Mariya Sisters, Yuri & Hikari, in Miko outfits. His virtuous wife and the future lover, which Godou is still oblivious of this fact. Watch out for Hikari, you stud.

Pic 2 - Liliana smiles like fairy; such a beauty indeed.

Pic 3 - Godou travels with 2 of his four wives, Erica & Ena, to Italy for a Divine Beast Hunt from Doni. The First Lady and the 4th Mistress.

Pic 4 - I guess Yuri must have sensed that something has happened to his Husband and the rest from distant lands.

Her love for him sure is strong enough to know what going on with him.

Pic 5 - Lady Aisha is like a catholic or is she , despite being an Egyptian?

Pic 6 - Now, Godou is going to lay down between them, if he has the will to resist it f course. But I have a feeling that he will.

Pic 7 - Judging from her appearance and armor, she's some kind of warrior or better yet a Valkyrie so to speak.

Is she going to assassinate Godou or Uldin with that kind of knife, though?

Pic 8 - Lady Aisha is showing her prowess as a one of the Oldest Campiones.

Pic 9 - As usual, Godou gets the "King's Service" from Erica and Ena. You'd better cover up that part, man.

Or else, the other two wives will make you spill the beans for answers.

Pic 10 - The battle of the past and future Campiones, Godou V.S. Uldin, ends in a draw.

Illustration pic 1 - As usual, again with the "King's Service", judging from the pic, it's either that Godou is taking a bath with Erica & Ena, with a servant girl to boot or it's just the three of them, while Erica is teasing Godou join them.

I prefer the latter, though.It's suites him.

Who knows ... most likely, a new secondary character that Erica and Ena ... along with Godou met in the past world.

The loli in the bath is Linde, a random servant girl.

The Valkyrie-like woman is Clotilde. She's no Valkyrie.

Well, after reading some of the other spoilers that Kadi posted on BT.

Spoiler for 14:

I'm wondering what actually caused Yuri to become a little bit of a sick girl type - some backlash, caused by her spirit sensing abilities ?

I'm also interested in what kind of character development Yuri, Erica and Liliana are going to have.

There are also seem to be a few kissing scene's in the novel's ... does it mean that Godou is getting a little more used to the presence of the girls around him

Overall, the more spoilers I read, the more interested I am, in the volume contents.
