Yuko Ōno as Aya Asagiri, the main character who always wishes she was dead

The anime will premiere on the Animeism block of MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS in April, and it will also stream on Amazon Prime Video. The anime will get a special television program on March 18 that will feature Ōno and Akaneya

Episode 1:

Heh, it started with some questionable scenes at the railway. A girl almost gets into an accident before snapping back to reality.

Some of the girls in class are mean as hell. No wonder the main girl has low self esteem. The bullying...is really ruthless from just this first episode. I honestly feel really for the shit that Aya has to go through in her life. It's not just at school too but also at home too.

In general, the episode felt like one of those series with psychological despair before Aya's life changes. Yeah, I don't have good expectations for this unless the show improves.

That's how I feel after that first episode. This is not very reassuring about what is going to come next. If it keep trying too hard to be edgy I don't think it will be very interesting for me.

It's not impossible to write someone desperate without having 3/4 of the people she know literally only living to assault her .

I knew that cat was doomed from the start, can we seriously just stop killing innocent animals in anime just to make the MC give up on hope? Started this show expecting it to be almost as dark as Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku but this totally hits a new level. That asshole of an older brother better not survive the next episode.

When that was realistic(at given values) feel so overboard is so corny, if was more her natural depression rather so corny at times forced shitty life would be far better, like other say this is so push to be edgy, people forgot what make madoka unique and just copy the shadow.

Well, if you can turn your brain off and still enjoy Osama/King Game then I'm sure you will enjoy this one because really there isn't much to look forward.

Also the sperm stream ending was hilarious, I give them that.

lol, that was pretty stupid. I'd say it was very unpleasant to watch, but to be honest, when everything is so forcibly "dark", it starts reaching the amusing territory.
Eh well, you know what they say. Kill some people, and the show surely won't be boring at least, eh?

Ousama Game really is the best recent reference I can make for what type of show this is. If you enjoyed that as an unintentional comedy, then you should enjoy this.

There is something entertaining about hearing Frieza offer little girls the chance to become magical girls though.
