Anime-Blitz's UPS02

The problem is, simply put, I can't play the file. I can play ep 01 just fine, but not this one (haven't tested episode 03 yet). My mplayer only gives the following error: "No stream found."

The torrent says Download succeeded. Neither mplayer nor VLC can play the file. Running mkvinfo on the file and it says it's ok.

Anyone got an idea on this one?

you checked crc32? If ep1 plays okey I don't see the reason why ep2 wouldn't -_-;;

Looks ok to me.

Some more info found via the mplayer -v switch:

And VLC's error messages:

(at this point it ~crashes and I ctrl-C it)

mkvinfo finds all the streams (xvid video, vorbis audio and ssa subtitles) easily, though

Uhh... it says that the file type is not supported (remember, this is a matroska file).

I "got" the file working by mkvextracting all the streams and mkvmerging them back together. I still think that there's something odd about that file, as two play-everything-with-zero-trouble players both failed to play it. Forse, dbzgundam, which one of you created the mkv file and did you do anything special with it?

There's some oddities with our MKVs thus far. Virtual Dub can't open them either, if anyone has tried. I'm not sure what is wrong, but I think Dbzgundam may have solved the problem. We were using Graph Edit to mux before, the only offcial way of muxing acroding to the mkv homepage.... I think he may have a better program now, so hopefully this wont happen again in the future. I'll ask him when I get back online, no net acess till tomorow -_-

Edit: Try installing the stuff in our playback pack and try gr8_Player (www.madebyhenry.com/player). Gr8_Player is pretty basic, so it may not have some of the problems Zoom and BS Player do.
