I can't. I don't even know the girl personally, nor do I know where she comes from, so my guess is as good as anybody. The identification was not confirmed.

This is a fake yu-gi-oh! shana card that I found on a imageboard...

You should have made it a purple fusion card with "Hiita the Fire Charmer" and "Fire Princess".
