waaa I want this videogame so badly, I went to Japan and saw it . Then I was frustrated because it didn't had any sense to buy since in the back of the game was written "For Japan Only". It wouldn't work on my PS2 .... so frustrating xD

In fact, I think that it's better for you to play it on a PSP since it's not a graphically heavy and demanding game.

Besides, you get it for free if you have a custom firmware.

Hello guys and girls, I have some questions for those who imported the special edition of this game (the PSP version).

The included bonus content, Special Edition Black Rebellion, is that just one UMD? Also how different is it from the actual 25 episodes? I also want to know where did you all import it from.

Black Rebellion is one UMD.
The special package is one box with two discs inside, 1 for game and 1 for video. The background of the coverart of box & manual are black. (Normal version has white backgrounds.) Description in the back includes season 1 synopsis. (Normal version only talks about the game) And the art on the disc is the blue mindworld background. (Normal version is the geass eye.)

"Black Rebellion" is a 2-hour special condensed version of season 1, with some new BGM tracks and narration. It was first released in DVD at the normal price (about 6300 yen) so the special package is a real bargain.

Thank you very much for your information Koshimizu. How much did you pay for your copy of it?

I know it's old... anyone know of a store that still carries the special edition at the retail price without the markup? Probably not though since it seems sold out even in Japan.

PS2 is region locked, so a Japanese game won't work on a EU/US PS2, PSP is region free....

And the PSP game works just fine.

Play video!!!

Part 1:
http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm2811728
The guy spends a good several minutes playing around with the viewers by inserting strange things in the name selection like "yoroshiku" or "niconico", until finally deciding on... Kyon... If it was me... Kirameki.
There are so many funny possibilities!
-Lolicon
-Hanzaisha (criminal)
-Akuma (demon)
etc.
Spoiler for basic short summary of what happens:

Spoiler for basic short summary of what happens:

Mah, I'm off to sleep, not going to watch the remaining videos tonight. Maybe tomorrow... *yawn*
If someone else feels like summarizing the rest right now, go ahead. Otherwise... I might do it tomorrow.

-Pff... When a character calls out to you, they never say your name... So strange when they call other people's names along with yours but stop half-way...

-The flopping mouths... are pretty badly done. Just keep the mouths still...

I watched some clips at NicoNico and I saw Lelouch and other council president members watched Firework and they wear Yukata.

Anybody know which chapter it in? PSP version or PS2?

You can get these parts in both version. It's in the Ashford chapter. However, in order to unlock this part, you have to go through one round of Ashford chapter without this part before that.

Both, its the Kyoto trip they take if you follow the Ashford route in the game, the trip is actually pretty funny especially the hot springs scene when Rivalz tricks Lelouch into going to the women bathing area instead of the male's the funny thing is they seem more welcoming to Lelouch than you'll expect since they blame Rivalz afterwards.

I don't understand the language well but it's rather funny to see Lelouch trying to say his way out and Shirley is asking him to take up the responsibility. I believe Rai hide somewhere since it's Lelouch's instruction. I'm not too sure
