So, I just saw the V7 complete 6800/2 in half the time I predicted. Not much left to go.

Ok so you copy the data from the SEEN files, and then continually put them all in the SEEN.txt thing that is already in the Clannad file

Oh no! I thought I'd be cool with being done 2 days after V7 ... but now I'm going to be the sore thumb! heheha

2/7

6800 - 2137 left
6802 - 2213 left

So how do you input the SEEN files into the game?

For my computer (Windows XP)
C:Key/Clannad

Go into that folder, or whichever one Clannad is installed into. In there will be a file "SEEN.txt". Rename that to "SEEN01.txt" or something. Download the patch, and extract it. It'll give you "SEEN.txt" Move that into the same folder. Then you're done!

I think that he wants to put all those not fully translated SEEN files (After Story) to the already translated (unofficial patch...), but I may be wrong

Great. Just go ahead and make me change all of my predictions.

. V7 completed on just the date that I was expecting, but you are actually moving a lot quicker than I thought, so I had to bump the predicted date at your pace up to the 14th (Since you're now at 23 lines a day for that SEEN as compared to the previous, I think it was 19...). And I also had to bump up Todkapuz's ETA to February 22nd for 1st pass of 6802, due to him translating at 133 lines a day instead of 100.
This means that the ETA is now February 25th (Completion of Todkapuz 6802 Second Pass).

Disclaimer: These estimates are just by using present translator rates, and does not factor in other things.

So I'm still the sore thumb huh? ... *sighs*

Oh well.... but I think we're beating your predictions because of your predicitons and Rah-Rah.

Well, look at it this way. Had you not joined, the project would not be finished until March 24th. So, I wouldn't call saving 30 days a sore thumb. LOL.
Unless you are THAT much of a Haruhiist and think that the last to arrive is always late.

I can have one public group membership displaying. Author was recently added as a public group, so I joined it and set that as my default group, because I am definately more of an author than a fansubber (As you can see by clicking my signature)

*Goes to find a translation for what you said*

yeah he only makes it so far as the dinner table.... no math for Pops who then goes off and makes his amazingly cunning wife cry... oh well but I'm just glad he is back to being more like the tomoya from the main story.

edit:
sheesh the webpage for 6802 is now toooooo big for IE ... crashes it due to the silly text box... oh well... been meaning to switch to the fox for awhile now.

6802 is 207 pages in MS Word, with 14pt font ><

I'm gonna fill stuff in from the bottom up...

Not only am I spoiling myself here, seems I'm reading the story backwards :P

Question - ". . ." or "..." as the translation for [...]

Uguu... Just make my predictions all messed up.

I'll block you in as 33 lines per day in predictions...

So, Todkapuz, that has you finishing the first pass on 2/19, and the second pass on 2/22, the day before Velocity7 completes 6800/5. Happy now?

guess I'm glad I just switched to the Fox... now I'll have to download, insert and reupload more often than I was... hehe.. but yeah... Ithink its 164 on mine (and I'm on like 84?), probably because I'm using 12 pt font...

Hmm... and will make keeping the progress up-to-date more fun too

I've been using ... myself.... but that's because I "..." a lot in my normal writing... so it's just natural and I've turned off the ... -> the 1-char version in word a long long long time ago.

anyhow... hm.. I'm not sure if I am happy ChrissieXD ... just kidding.... the translation phase will be over... and maybe just maybe I'll finally get to play the game? the right way?

edit:
So 2/19 is it.. hmmm.... my rough numbers show 2/17, assuming I don't have to work a double shift this week.... so yeah, 2/19 seems fair.
