Yeah a lot of doujins attributed to him were actually done by one of his assistants, though Akamatsu has written doujin before.

That being said, Akamatsu does not shy away from perversity as his previous work like Love Hina, the chapter where we find out Paio II's identity, and numerous other examples illustrate quite well.

Spoiler for ch 304: I was quite surprised to see Dynamis strip so suddenly in the middle of a major fight scene no less, something the characters also pointed out (Akamatsu is pretty audience-savvy) It kind of me reminded of a certain Mr. Fullbuster. Finally we get to see Ako's artifact does and it's mighty useful though it does look it'd be really painful to be penetrated in the buttocks by that long, sharp needle. Anyway, Anya is reunited with Kotaro's party and while things were looking up for Negi's group, they suddenly go south when Dynamis proves to be more resilient to Negi and Kaede's attacks than expected. And...somebody will go seriously berserk next chapter... P.S. Forget the 18mm needle - Negi got impaled by a fully detachable demonic arm in this chapter. Through and through.
