There wasn't any Fate/Signum in the collection I found unfortunately. There was a zip file containing more work, but I couldn't find the password to it.

I'm also still looking for the artist's homepage. （ー△ー；）

I do have Yuuno/Vita though.

I have tried putting quite a few of them into Google Image search and I get nothing. I haven't even been able to find the ones you did. Did you put the name in with a certain format or setting? I've tried all sorts of combinations and get nothing.
