Here's what I have for the Silverbacks in it's Beta Phase: 1x Desert Ranger (Can have 2) 2x Rifle-sized guns (Varies from the user) 2x Handfuls of Grenades (Combat and Tactical) When the Silverbacks get out of the Beta Phase, they'll be different. |

Dare I ask why "Rifle-sized guns" and not simply rifles? Also, is the Desert Ranger handheld without a fixed holster? If they do, might as well give two of them straight out.
Unless of course there's another reason why it's given one by default, then that's all right.

1 Saber Assault Rifle 1 Shockburst Or 1 Shockbust 1 Flak Cannon (Shotgun) Or 1 Saber Assault Rifle 1 Flak Cannon It can have any of the combinations for the 2 Rifle-sized guns. As for the Desert Ranger, it's hand held but can be put away on magnetic weapon straps. 1 Desert Ranger comes with it, but it can have two if the user wants to. And you may have noticed that the Silverbacks do not have a melee weapon when it's in the Beta Phase. Unless if "Barehands" actually count as one... |

Ah... so it's an optional weapons slot. Then again, I'd just give both of everything but you don't have to do so if it's against what you have in mind.
The reason why I have so little armament on the Minerva is because they're, as you said, the basic weapons that'll make the unit versatile, suitable for most combat scenarios. Another reason is because the Minerva has Specialist Modules, they are additional attachment/equipment for the Minerva to allow it to tackle specific combat roles. Currently the only one where I've typed out a scene for is the Type-04 Missile Strike package which gives it the appearance of a UC Stark Jegan but with twin bazookas instead of one.

Alright, but to give you a heads up, in case if you haven't read chapter 8. Here's what I had for the loadout for my guys in their Silverbacks (Beta Phase).
Spoiler for Silverback Weapon Loadout:
And when the Silverbacks are out of the Beta Phase, they'll have different loadouts. |

Question: which is cheaper?
Sending something which weight about 3 kg via Express mail Or getting a plane ticket for somebody willing to deliver it for free? (need to figure out rather it is an insane troll logic or perfectly rational)

And why does that have to do with this thread?
Anyway, I have something on my mind when I think of the canon characters and my guys in combat. It's Ichika's Barrier Void Attack against the Silverback's energy shield. For Canon's sake, I'm just going to the Barrier Void Attack as it is. Meaning that if Ichika's Barrier Void Attack were to come into contact with the Silverback's energy shield, it'll force the Silverback to activate what I'm going to call it's "Fail-Safe Armor". Fail-Safe Armor is where the Silverback's energy shield breaks 3 times on it's activation and the Silverback will shut down but the armor will remain out to protect the user. That's the normal way to bring down a Silverback. But with the Barrier Void Attack, the Fail-Safe Armor will activate; no matter how many times the Silverback's energy shield's been broken. And because the Silverback's energy shield's weaker than an IS's, even a slight touch from it will activate the Fail-Safe Armor. What do you guys think? And we got another crossover: An Infinitely Spiraling Crystal Rain (Fate/Stay Night) |

Well.....My lead is boxed and shipped to ISA.... and he need to know the reason why he is delivered by express mail rather than giving him a plane ticket.
So his friend tries to explain the rationale behind it. The Lead's initial respond depends on the answer above (of course, he will realized the flaw behind the reasoning much later).

Restarting on profiling....starting with the most insane ():
Secondary Character. "We are Three men team.....okay.... Two Girls and a Mascot thingy but that is beside the point." Name: Seifie (Dr Sieffre Judge (PhD)) Gender: Female (supposedly) Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Age: 15 (Guess real age....) Occupation: IS Academy student (Formerly a Researcher of Aquarian Era) Personality: To the outside world, you have a girl seemly suffering from dose of overactive-imagination, citing references from various anime, video game, manga, kamen rider and super sentai reference. Since she is not from Japan.... everybody just think she is a Japan-manic or something. Open-minded, she will just accept you as you are. On the inside.... to be honest, there isn't much of a differences. Though a male mind inside a female body may have been the factor contributing to her madness. Partially insane, (s)he appear to operate on troll logic more often in spite of having a PhD in Physic. Though to be fair, in order to qualify as a researcher at Aquarian Era, you must have a certain sense of disregard for safety, Logic and Laws of Physic. However, if you somehow manage to peel off all those insanity, you will realize that this man/woman....has no spine. A doormat who would go along with what everybody says due to (rank from least important reason to most important reason) 1."It is more fun this way." (S)He is a social type (he like being social but that doesn't mean (S)he is good at it). 2. "Human beings are funny creatures" Going against others is a pain....(it is easier to form good relationship by go along than arguing) 3. "No Man is more superior than others" (S)He has a strange and twisted mind-set that everybody wanted you to fight back... just so that they can steamroll you with their ideology and show off their superiority. (S)He don't want those kind of people to be happy so he try to make them unhappy by not complying to their wishes(fighting back). He developed his doormat personality due to years of torture under the hand of his/her Superior(who by the way, is a Sadist and enjoy watching people males struggle against her) while (s)he is still a guy.. (S)he found that the best way pissed the Superior off is by agreeing and following her instruction. His combat terminal is Interceptor type and his fighting style draw references from his hobby...... which is why they are often direct, flashy and over-the-top. Not like any of the flashiness matter once he use his finishing move.... which is very difficult to dodge because you don't really know what to expect...unless of course, you know what you are in for and counter it with delusion.

Why do I have this feeling that I'd like to see all fanon Ichikas and renditions of Byakushiki in a battle royal?
EDIT: Is there really a point to a expandable energy negation shield when all your swords (16 of them) generate their own mini energy negating field? Last edited by demino_hellsin; 2012-11-14 at 09:48. |
